Fatburger in itself is a well established restraunt, but my very recent visit has made me consider going elsewhere for a quick bite. The reason? The 2 employees openly critiquing my ragidy and depressed look I had and the time. They both the decided to mock my inability to gamble within limit , showere, etc I was sad because I recently decided to sell my home after repeated infestation issues that were not solvable, I loved that place dearly and found it ironic as well how it seemed the 2 line cooks thought I could nlt hear their chatter over the equipment in shop running Unsure of the employees names, I didnt care to request them after being insulted to my face. But they were both working line at 3pm PT time, on Wednesday March 6th, 2024 Fatburger, you've lost a regular and valued customer, do better.

Impossible Burger (with no mayo) is very good, but not cheap at a price of $15.45. The wait time for the order was reasonably quick. Service is friendly and attentive. The vibe is casual, being in the casino food court. I was happy for the vegan option during late night hours.

My family and I have been visiting this Fatburger for several years now and I have to say, this place is just phenomenal. I enjoy coming here because this restaurant reminds me so much of my all-time, favorite burger place (Whataburger). Not to mention, since we're frequent customers to the Santa Fe Station property, it's helpful in having a top quality burger place within the vicinity.My visits to this fast-food restaurant have been up and down with respect to customer service and food quality; however, the majority of my visits have been on the positive side. It was amazing and most appreciated that this restaurant decided to remodel after several years in business. Needless to say that it was well due for that upgrade, and the results were outstanding. The prices here are somewhat questionable - I am always amazed (not necessarily in a good way) on how expensive the burgers are here. I mean, I know you get what you pay for, but I think it could be reduced by a couple dollars? The employee, Stacci, was truly extraordinary; her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail were far superior to the majority (probably over 96-98%) of Las Vegas fast food workers in this city...and I genuinely mean that! I was appalled at how efficient Stacci was during that visit. I've never had an employee bring the food out to me during all the times I've eaten here. Also, I don't think I've ever seen my food tray so meticulously organized and well laid out as I did when I was here. These are attributes in a fast-food restaurant employee that this country is missing these days and should use Stacci as THE employee that others should emulate. I would even go on saying that other sit-down restaurants could learn a thing or two from her.Overall, this burger place is good and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Wish the never frozen motto, applied to the fries. Obviously frozen. If you're taking the time to produce great burgers, why not go All in with fresh fries? Customers already wait. What's another 4 minutes?

I went to the location at Santa Fe Casino on Saturday night. The ladies and gentleman that helped me were outstanding. They were very personal with a great sense of humor. They made me feel welcome. I noticed they treated every customer the same way with the same smile and the same sense of humor.

I was at santa fe on the 30th for a women’s seminar around 1:30pm and 2 females were working, the cashier was kylie and the cook was sandra. They did an amazing job, they were very fast and efficient and did great even with the large amount of orders. The food was excellent, i’d definitely go back there i give it a 10/10. Food and customer was great.

I've never written a bad yelp review in my life! but the cashier Stacey was the absolute worst she provided the exact opposite of what good costumer service is. I came in on Wednesday the 20th September 2023 around 11:40pm and she told me that the restaurant had closed at 11:30pm. The cook there was at that time flipping a burger on the grill so I went back to my car and looked on every food delivery site there was they all said it was still opened i even called the Santa Fe operator who had told me it was still opened, so I placed an online order and when I came to pick it up she laughed out loud and mocked me and proceeded to curse in front of me and about me to her co worker!! who had seemed to just want to mind his business she was so rude and out of line she needs some serious reprimanding.
I just had the WORST experience. The lady Stacy who was working on Wednesday night on 9/20. She first lied and told me they closed at 11:30 when I arrived at 11:40. Mind you they were cooking food for a Togo order and had people who just received their food and were eating. Everything from grub hub to their own website said they closed at 2 am. I was even there really late on the Monday prior and they made my food and were so friendly. This lady Stacy was soooo rude. I could here her talking crap to the cool Edwardo and even started to argue with me when I placed a online order. She was cursing at me and even told me I am the reason she had to stay late. I myself work in the restaurant industry and know what it's like to have people come in late. But I honestly would have never even had placed the online order if I didn't feel like she was just lying and being a b**ch to me. Worst experience I've ever had coming here. She is old and honestly needs to retire.

Hey Fatburger, you guys sell gift cards on your website but no longer exempt them in your restaurant after the pandemic. It is 2023 you guys might want to update your website, I know that these restaurants are franchises so it's not this actual restaurant's fault, but Fatburger corporate needs to fix this and stop ripping people off.

I tried to order two cheeseburgers one plain one no tomato. The lady started asking if I wanted eggs on them, then this guy came over told her she was doing it wrong and yelled at both of us like he was hard of hearing. I ended up getting a patty, bun, cheese, and egg on one burger. The other was just a patty and bun. $40 for this? There was no wat to tell if my order was right, the tablet was broken and they said the receipt was in the bag but it wasn't.

Did not state it was in a casino. Went to my usual location, and they did not have my order. By the time I got my order from the casino location, the food was cold. For the price I paid for 3 burgers, I should not have cold food. Disappointed to say the least.
