It's a very old fatburger. The dining area needs to be cleaner the bathroom was. This fatburger needs to be upgraded desperately.

Possibly the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time.Ordered 3 burgers, onion rings, and chili cheese fries to go. Drove it to someone’s house 4 minutes away, and somehow the burger is the COLDEST burger I’ve ever had. Almost no flavor, fat, etc. Not how I want my burger. Same for the others.This was after we waited at drive thru for at least 10 minutes (no car in front of us), then ordering inside, and waiting 20+ minutes for our not-so-big order.

$80 for 3 burgers and fries, no beverage. They gave ONE ranch and all the fries are served in tiny paper bags and also half full. The only thing fat is the burger, everything else is skinny. Burger alone isnt worth the price.

While the food was decent, the restaurant is a dump. Probably the dirtiest fast food place I've experienced. It was available in a pinch for lunch, next time I'll wait for dinner at someplace more reputable.

First time eating here, thought it would be great for my daughter since she needs dairy free options, which they have. BUT, for 2 meals and 2 shakes we spent FIFTY dollars!! And then the quality was nothing close to what I expected for that price! I could get excellent quality and pay a little more than 1/2 that price! My daughter's chicken sandwhich was nearly burnt, so dry she couldn't eat more than a third of it. My burger was dry. Nothing special about anything there for me. No reason to return.Dietary restrictions: They do have dairy free cheese and dairy free shake options.
Went in for a late night snack and decided to stop by for the first time. The service was great and the workers were very kind and patient. Will be coming again soon.

This was my first time at Fatburger! There were two people inside working, and they were both super helpful and friendly. They told us the most popular things on the menu as I had never been before. I ended up ordering the impossible burger with extra pickles and skinny fries. My other half ended up getting just a regular burger with cheese and lettuce and onion rings. He said it was super good.I had never had an impossible burger before and it was delicious! We ate inside. They had a lot of cool photos and pictures of artist in there, which was pretty cool.

We used the drive thru, so I can't speak directly to the inside. I couldn't see the menu from the passenger seat even when ducking because of the angle of the street. The wait was a little longer than you would expect from a drive thru and it is pricey (what isn't these days?), but the food was well worth it. I recommend the bacon cheeseburger w/BBQ sauce. The staff was patient and very friendly!
They got my order wrong. Didn't understand what I was saying. Would not go back 2 that

This was a drive-through orderI ask for a turkey burger, with normal toppings. But I wanted thousand island dressing on both buns. When I opened it up and tasted it. It was axsalty mess with no dressing on it. The burger itself was thin.

I have not checked in, because me and my partner ordered for delivery. So, my review will be about our orders... Unfortunately it was horrible. Non of our orders were correct. We asked our burgers to be with no buns (with lettuce instead), they both were with buns and they were actually pretty big and dry,too. Both burgers were cold, even the fries. The fries were very hard, thats how cold they were. Please, the delivery is not an excuse, we were only 10 mins away but for reasons we had to set it as a delivery. I did not know if I was eating onion burger or a regular burger. All I tasted was onion (there was a lot of onions), and I do not know why there is no option to choose with no onion. Only 2 bites already made me sick which till now, unfortunately I am still sick. This is absolutely not ok, me and my partner will definitely not try to pass by or even order from this place

The Craig Rd. & Rancho location in LV is the best Fatburger in the city. Fresh made to order burgers, done however you request. The service is always great and timely.

The burger was good but nothing special. It needed a some seasoning but besides that it tasted good. The onion rings would of been great but they we slightly burnt which made them a little bitter. I don't know if I would come here again for food.
