The worst California burrito I've ever had. Dry, bland, the beef tasted salty and hard, and something inside of it had a funky taste, like dog food; I think it was either the cheese or beans. I've just moved to the area and could have been a potential frequent customer, but it will be my first and last time coming to this place since this was supposed to be a simple burrito.

Great food and great service. Great prices and way better than a lot of taco shops in town.. I have no interest in ever going back to R.....tos or Don.... taco as long as Faustos is around

This was my first time at Faustos, i ordered chilaquiles with chicken and egg whites, and it came out exactly i was expecting it. The flavor is great, the rice reminds me of my childhood.

The burritos I ordered were great, but I won’t be going back until they get some “adult supervision”. I visited Fausto’s (Silverado Ranch) around 5:00pm on a recent weekday. As I walked through the door I noticed that there were no other customers, but that there was a guy in the kitchen with clenched teeth glaring at me. If I hadn’t had jet lag I probably would have taken the hint and gone elsewhere, but I brushed it off and went inside. As it was my first time I looked over the menu for a couple of minutes, then went up to order. It was immediately apparent that the guy at the cash register was trying to impress me with his “caucasian impression” while taking my order. It was neither appropriate, nor appreciated. My total came to $14 and change, and I gave him $15 and change. Rather than just hand me the dollar bill, he held it over the tips jar on the counter with a big grin on his face. I was thinking I’ve only been in the restaurant for 3 minutes and all I’ve gotten is menacing looks and mockery, and you expect a tip for that??? The grin disappeared from his face as I took the dollar bill from his hand. I then went to the dining area to find a table, only to see that most of them had paper garbage on them, under them, or both. I chose the cleanest of the dirty tables, and immediately after sitting down noticed the salsa station. I went and spent a couple of minutes choosing a few, and just as I got back to my table with them someone behind me yelled “Hey!! Cavrone!!!” I turned around to see the guy who was glaring at me when I walked in again glaring at me with teeth clenched and a menacing look on his face as he set the tray with my order on it down on the pickup counter. He continued to stare at me like that as he slowly disappeared back into the kitchen.

I finished my meal, and like I said, the food was great, but no amount of great food is worth having to deal with immature, unsupervised kids who think nothing of trying to intimidate or belittle customers. Please get some adult supervision.

Fausto’s has by far the best food quality with a great selection out of any fast food Mexican I’ve ever been to, and the most outstanding customer service as well. Busy or quiet, every time, it is all friendly smiles. A must try
