Fiesta Pinolera Restaurant

Nice, decent and with unique music but it has few staff and they have to run to serve people. The food is fresh and has a unique flavor, especially the cocoa, which was delicious. I had to drive almost half an hour to get here but it was worth it. No reggaeton, thank goodness. The decoration is associated with Nicaragua. I liked it and I recommend it. They even sell nacatamales. They have a purest in the place. The steak is good, well cooked, the gallo pinto is delicious and the pickled onion is good.

To start off, the place is clean, nice ambiance, the music is not too loud, one can have a good conversation and still listen to our good Nicaraguan music. Next the service is excellent, Vilma and her brother-in-law are amazing, they are very welcoming and pay attention to details, and the food is wonderful. My husband always asks for tripe and this place has the best one in Las Vegas. The portions are big, I had steam and it was scrumptious, the meat was so flavorful, so tender, the yucca root was so soft. The entire dish was amazing. And are you ready for the cocoa? Man oh man, the cacao drink is the staple in this restaurant. Overall they get a 10/10 from me. I need to come back and try the rest of their menu.

The place is very clean, very good atmosphere. Music with good volume, one can listen to the music of our country and still enjoy the conversation. Vilma and her brother-in-law are very friendly, have very good customer service and take care of every detail. Not to mention the food. The tripe was delicious, I asked for steam. The meat was delicious, very soft, the yucca well burst, the whole dish in itself was a delight. And now we go to the cocoa, it is delicious, we closed with a flourish and we loved it. I will be back to try the rest of their menu.

Very good. And all the food is excellent but the waiter is not very friendly to say the least.

Came to check this restaurant out since my family recommended I waited 15 minutes pass 11 and they never open the chairs were still up please change you schedule on the time u open or update since most people go by was on Google or the sign you have posted on your door thank you sad I couldn't try it everything on the menu looks good

The best Nicaraguan food ever; it has authentic Nicaraguan flavours. The food was delicious, great atmosphere, and the service far and beyond. I highly recommend the place, and without a doubt, I will go back
