Firehouse Subs University Square

I go to firehouse often and love the food. This time everything tasted off, not terrible, but not really good either. I think the ingredients at this location are lower quality

I purchased food from this location and found a fly in my sandwich. The manager was extremely rude and stated that they aren't any flies in there area. So unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He also staed that there was nothing he will or can do for me. I will be taking legal action.

We didnt plan to go to Fire Hose subs. We wantad to go to 80s cafe but they dint have no foto ops sept for a yoda and they didnt have my fryed pbj no more and not have no lettis to make sallid so we left. We went to Fire Hose subs. Theres lots to pick from. I ordard a turky sub wif mayo on it and chips and drink. There was just 1 fella workang at the hole restarant and he kept up wif evary ordar. He made all are samichs be good and fill are belleh. I also got a browney for beang under standang about the pbj and the browney was mid. I luv browneys but it was a odd tecksher. The resta the food was deliseas thogh. I nevar ben to a Fire Hose sub bee for and now I no if I want a sub I wanna go to Fire Hose. and Fire Hose had PLENNNY of lettis and mammaw and mama bofe got sallids so 80s cafe eathar was lion or dont no how to get lettis.

I went in to try the new Thanksgiving turkey sub I ordered a large with a side of gravy I got all the way home to find out there's no cranberry sauce on the sandwich smh mind you the total for the sandwich was about $20 with the gravy grrr

I get back to the store. The guy tells me they don't have cranberry so why are you selling me the sandwich without all the ingredients you wouldn't sell a sub without the lettuce !!!

He said I could wait 10 minutes for cranberry. I'm going to assume that they were going to pop across the street to the store and buy some cranberry sauce and put it on my sandwich. I could easily do that myself. Which I actually ended up going and buying cranberry to put on the damn sandwich.

Also, maybe instead of telling me how pretty I was you should've told me that some ingredients were missing from my sandwich smfh

I placed order online came in asked for extra pickles even tipped...forgot my pickles came back in and they had a attitude.started talking to each other in Indian bad mouthing me ...hire professionals PLEASE also I am former calfire

Worst Firehouse Subs order ever. The two gentlemen in there were friendly but my order was totally messed up. I didn't get any mustard on the sandwiches which comes on the Hook and Ladder, BARELY any mayo, received no pickle spears for either sandwich, and on one I ordered double meat which definitely was not on there but I was charged for it!

I don't think I'll ever return to this location ever again.

P.S. I forgot to take pictures of the actual sandwiches 😔

The Jamaica Jerk Turkey is properly in contention for the best Sammich we've ever had. A large feeds both of us, the staff are great and it's always super fresh. So good we had to go twice!!

Super quiet when UNLV on a Saturday just before noon. We had a large order for pickup, which was all correct. I also ordered an additional sandwich when we got there, and they were very quick with it. Very nice employees.

DONT COME HERE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
I came yesterday and asked the guy working if they had any veggie wraps as it was my first time there he said yes so I proceeded to order some they were $18 each i ordered two when i got to my house and opened my so called wrap it was just shredded lettuce with hot veggies in the wrapper wrapped tightly it was a mess that was not what i paid $18 for
