Didn't want to order presidents day special, called manager to confirm, then give us the small size when we ordered full size. Very poor customer service sandwiches were awful and I will never come back. Don't go to this location.

I arrived at the restaurant when a man was yelling at who i guess to be the owners on how he was touching the guys little sister and asking her out on dates and how shes only 15 which i was disgusted to hear i have never heard anyone be called out like that. I have always sensed an off putting energy whnever i went there and now i guess i know why. He would always be a little to close to the female employees and know i know why. The guys a creep and they definitely dont know how to run a restaurant.

Me and my friend worked there before they aren't nice and are RASICT we would get over worked because they wouldn't want to hire people. When I got there they would sit in the back for like two hours and then tell me to prep this and bake 20 of each cookies, like they didn't have time. The guy owner once touched his hair with gloves and then kelpt making food. The owner(Mohamid) would try to get with my friend he asked her out to eat by and He asked for HUGS. Mind you we were all minor. He would talk to her on text and say questions like how are you. When her brother confronted him he look scared but he Kelly denying it. They dont know how to run a company they would drop bread on the floor and reuse it. After I made cookies they grabbed one with their hands and ate it. I never heard anyone say they liked working there. They would even want me to teach new employees and get mad when they didn't know everything because they don't teach you everything. It was annoying how amount of time they would talk bad about my friends who worked there to my face and about me to my friends. They would come to my home and ask for the key thats really werid and I don't feel comfortable anymore because they know we're I live. I NEVER want to go back. They would make fun of me for bringing in people to work for them saying you mom is coming next haha. Also saying my sister was desperate for work so they hired her. Now there low on employees. I hope new employees dont have the same experience I did.

I rarely post reviews, but this made me irate. The went in and orders a Jamaican jerk to go with my daughter. I got home and found that they put half the amount of meat as normal and put WAY TOO MUCH MAYONNAISE. In fact, I had to scoop it out with a spoon. They also did not put any sauce that was supposed to be on the sandwich, when I called to address the manager said “my bad.. next time”. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, but got a disgusting mayonnaise sandwich. I’ll make sure no one I know goes here again.

Sub was great tasting but I ordered the chili and it was cold. Not satisfied. One side of my sandwiche was more filled then the other side.

Should have turned around when we walked in and there were no other customers inside. Sandwiches weren't made correctly and the person taking the orders seemed confused when we didn't want things like tomato or lettuce on the sandwiches. They only come the way they are on the menu and no substitutions. Will never be going to this firehouse again.

I ordered sandwiches and asked that they not include tomatoes, onions, & pickles. I got home to find all 3 in my sandwiches.When I requested my money back, the owner tried to tell me that it was company policy to not give refunds. Never coming back here again.

I recently went to the location on 9555 S Eastern Ave Ste 130, Las Vegas, NV 89123 and when receiving my order they forgot to give me my bowl of soup. I reminded the employee that I ordered a soup with my order and he rechecked my receipt and then gave me my soup. I opened up the soup cup and it wasn't even a full cup of soup. $5 for a few spoon fulls of soup. I went back inside to receive another bowl of soup that was full. Apparently, what the employee gave me the first time was the last of the soup because I had to wait 7 minutes for a new batch. I have had several issues with this store location.
