I have come more than three times to this branch, the service is terrible, the woman who attends in the afternoon is totally rude and nefarious, this last time she threw my bag with the order, I hope that the owners will do something about it just because I do not have the option if I would not give her a star, she does not deserve it if her staff does not want to work, I do not know what they do there.

Subs are just ok but the evening staff is very rude and short with customers. Won’t be back.

I'm standing here watching a Vet get denied service, denied service and just locked out because he came in here asking about a veterans discount... On Veterans Day. She flat out denied his service and he got upset telling them it was endorsed on a military website... They told him that was Last year and he challenged them asking them to call corporate to confirm. Here's the thing... I'm a veteran picking up my order. Made by my wife, and all she did was mention I was a Vet and they zero'd out the cost of my large sub. I got my sandwich while a brother got berated.... I'm sick to my stomach and gunna go look for him to give him mine.

Fresh, loaded, delicious, accurate order, with great hot sauces to accompany. My go-to sandwich place. I enjoy the outdoor seating.

Ordered 2 sandwich’s, $30.00! Got all the way home to discover hair in my food. Why aren’t they wearing hair nets?! I’m completely grossed out. At least they gave me my money back.

Frequent Firehouse customer and the location on Farm road beats the others hands down. Fast and friendly customer service and clean store always.

Ordered through the app. Food was ready in 15 minutes and the packaging kept the subs warm until we got him. Subs were fresh and made to order. Bye bye Subway.

First and last time here. Paid 37$ for a medium and large sub combo. Ordered through the app. Came in to pick Up the order and no one said a word to me. They were out of chips, they were out of cookies, they were out of salads…at 12:30 in the afternoon on a TUESDAY!!

The food was mediocre and not at all worth the cost. Won’t be back.

We've been customers of the Centennial location since they opened. I'm sorry to say since the big company (owns Burger Kings, Popeyes etc..) bought them out it's just gone down hill. What used to be a nice full sandwich is now skimpy on everything. The staff is rude and the place is a bit dirty. We're going to the new Jersey Mike's. At least you feel like you're getting what you pay for.

The subs here are better than Subway and probably healthier too . They're a little bit on the pricey side but well worth
