I went in, ordered three subs. I requested Onions to be added to my Meatball sub and the guy wrote it on the order. Same guy then proceeds to make my sub without onions. Guess they do not care a bit about customer requests. If a place cares that little about their customers they can do without my business. Plenty of other shops in this town.
I've never been to a Firehouse Subs that wasn't outstanding!! One of the best meatball subs anywhere....
