This location was pretty good. The guys working there were all very nice and helpful especially with assisting my bf with his hot sauces. They did however put our sandwiches on wheat not white . The one guy left his glove he was wearing inside out to go bag with our food. The Mgr on duty seen it and apologized so it was gross but food was not touched. One guy heard me coughing and gave me a water cup so that was nice. Firehouse subs is always so good.

I get The Steamer quite regularly and this time on 2/192025, the meat was a lot less than what I've had weeks prior. Is CORPORATE GREED in play by giving us LESS and keeping or increasing prices for CORPORATE EARNINGS?

Went today to get a sandwich on lunch asked for turkey bacon ranch with extra peppercorn sauce. Got a sandwich with mayonnaise then they refused to answer the phone. It's not hard to follow simple directions that you took yourself and if you have a job I'm pretty sure you can read. Disappointed in lack of effort

I had always heard that Firehouse Subs was so good, so after a long day of work, I decided to give it a try. We ordered the beef & cheddar brisket, the veggie sandwich, and the potato soup. The sandwiches were absolutely fantastic and lived up to the hype. However, while the potato soup was tasty, I was disappointed to find a hair at the bottom of the cup after nearly finishing it, which really ruined the meal for me.

First time visiting this firehouse . And I got to say the Staff was fantastic Specifically kalen was very welcoming and full of knowledge . He made my experience one to remember!! This guys future is certainly bright thank you so much

Always friendly service and great sandwiches! Indoor seating with a soda dispenser is very nice. The tables are sometimes dirty.

Came in with my wife for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich to share. Not gonna lie from from the Greeting we got from AJ to him taking the order and helping make the order you can’t get better then his service. The cheese was super melted and the sandwich tasted so great I probably go to firehouse 1 time a week and he by far has been the best service from start to finish we have ever gotten. He even bussed our table after we finish. You have a Great Employee and he will do great things for your company. Thank you Bro we will see you again!

I am somewhat disappointed I have come to pickup my Cuban sandwich and it's cold. I asked if he has been made for a long time because I want to experience what they offer a nice warm sandwich she asked me do you want me to put it in the microwave. If I wanted a microwave sandwiches I can buy them at the store. I will not return to this location I would not recommend someone to order for pickup what an unpleasant experience.

I think they need to improve on their sandwiches and stop hiring kids hire adults not kids in high school if you want good costumer service hire people that will take job seriously
