Pretty good location my only issue is they keep putting pickles in my order even though I ask them not to which is a problem because pickle juice can be tasted throughout the sandwich

This was a disaster experience no doubt! From the beginning to the end, employee(s) very rude and obnoxious; actually way disrespectful interaction!! Walking into the store we were greeted with "mmmm are you guys going to be ordering food?" (like hello thats why we are opening the door and walking inside is to place our order!) After eating my boyfriend used the restroom while I finished cleaning up our table and then walked outside to smoke a cigarette until he was ready to go. All of the sudden I hear loud screaming back and forth; my boyfriend and whom greeted us at the door I guess I could be the shift manager perhaps based on his conduct throughout our visit. The commotion was because someone was banging hard on the men's restroom door while he was still inside and kinda startled him so he exited and then when almost out the front door asked the manager if he was the one banging on the door or what cause it was very uncalled for was not like he was in there for very long at all and we were paying customers (our bill total was $33.33 believe it or not so that was about the coolest part of this experience to be honest, every other part was ridiculously uncalled for for lack of better terminology; ok well let's NOT forget about the awesome pastrami sandwich, unfortunately I ordered the steak and cheese which is a let down but at least i got to try my boyfriends pastrami sandwich which is the only sandwich I will order from here again but for sure for sure NOT from this location ever again!!! My apologies for the long review although I do believe it had to be said so hopefully it does not happen again best case scenario!!

I used to get the best service from this restaurant and then when I started working from home I started ordering out a lot online apps and trying to get the food delivered. Every time I order from these people for takeout or delivery the order is all wrong. Today's sandwiches had nothing on them a little bit of sauce meat cheese closed up and that's the end of it. Driest sandwich I've had ever. I left the check marks next to the items that I wanted. I didn't delete anything. Tell me why a sandwich is supposed to have lettuce tomato onion and mayonnaise on it has absolutely nothing but a little bit of barbecue sauce cheese meat and a dry sandwich bun. This is the third time in the last few months that I have ordered delivery and it comes out wrong and I'm not going to order delivery from them again. I feel like it's the type of place that you have to be there and watch what they're doing to your sandwich.

First time trying firehouse today and man I wish I would’ve tried them long ago … I placed my order through Uber eats.. I got the hook and ladder sub and everything was good and fresh… I just wish they gave an option through the apps to add other toppings etc. but other than that everything still tasted great… they packaged it well

Wow. Walked into firehouse subs at 11:15am and told a 20 minute wait for sandwiches while 4 employees stood behind the counter. 2 other patrons inside eating and no one else in the store or in line. Complete loss of words and horrible management apparently. Needless the four of us in our group left and walked to panda express who was happy to help. If your in a hurry I wouldn't recommend firehouse.

We got there at 830 with our family and the guy said you need to be out of here at 845 because we close at 9. Well we didn’t get our food until 845 so then the guy said I am kicking you out at 855. And they had already turned down so many people that came in at 845. I was a manager for 20 years at a fast food and we never kicked people out.Kid-friendliness: They were rude to our kids.
Ordered the new York steamer. Was supposed to come with pastrami and corn eek. Lettuce, tomatoes, and italian dressing. They asked if I want everything on it and I confirmed. All I got was beef and cheese...totally wrong and it wasn't even busy. Five girls standing around. Check your order before you leave on a to go order.

Great customer service, the lady that helped me explained to me the details how the sandwiches can come HOT or COLD. I might be back but not for the HOT subs it's just NOT given, I would like to try there cold sandwiches. This is NOT a full review I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, let's just say I didn't enjoy the HOT sub:( but 4 stars for great customer service and chilled environment.

I want online and left a pretty nice review, but it did not give me a chance to put my complaint in about the ridiculously horrendous poor customer service from the young lady Diana taking my order I will ask her questions about the menu and she turns her back to me and sticks to the board so that I cannot hear her. There is music playing in the background, and the home of all of the machines Freezers whatever was a very loud and then she turns around and speaks like a little mouse, and seemed annoyed that I could still not hear her. Then the young man came out two of them were flirting, and appeared to be joking about me amongst themselves and slobbering all over each other, which I understand I was a young man at one point, but shame on the management for not noticing the completely unprofessional behavior of your employees, but I really did like the sub. It was the pizza meatball sub I like to be completely honest and blunt so truly the sub got the five stars I gave you another review elsewhere that was five stars but when I called customer service, they put me on hold with a stupid song singing about how it's supposed to be on hold and I waited for 15 minutes or more and finally hung up get your act together train your employees. Next time I go in there if she's doing the same thing I'll walk out before I even pay
