The manager gives her only employee a break at 11:45 when they open at 10:30 and then gets upset when she is frustrated.

I was so excited they had the French dip ordered it delivery because I don’t have a car. It’s in the shop right now very disappointed. They forgot the dipping sauce, which is one of the main factors very dry and boring. Very disappointed
They forgot my drink and chips and the dipping sauce for the French dip I ordered a medium sub received a tiny child’s sub. I don’t know if the other half maybe the uber guy ate it lol
Looks like I won’t be doing this again. I miss my car.

I absolutely love Firehouse Subs and have been a loyal customer for a long time, I order from them several times a week because their subs are usually amazing. But lately, the quality control just hasn’t been the same. My orders keep coming out wrong, whether it’s asking for the sandwich to be cold and it comes warm, asking for it toasted and it isn’t, or requesting no lettuce and still getting lettuce. Even when I ask for extra pickles—which they offer for free—I don’t even get the regular amount sometimes.
It feels like the team just isn’t paying attention to the details, and it’s frustrating when you’re spending good money and supporting them so often. I really hope they tighten things back up because I genuinely enjoy their food and want to keep being a regular customer.

They were closed 12 minutes before they were supposed to close, we called and they stated it is because their manager wants them gone by 930. This was a Togo order by the way
Loosing track of time with old friends.

I usually love Firehouse Subs, but this visit was a disappointment. It was my first time at this location, and we chose it because sandwiches are normally made quickly — perfect since we were in a rush. Unfortunately, this time it was the opposite.
After ordering, I noticed everyone seated around me was also waiting. My order ended up taking over 20 minutes, which completely defeated the point of stopping here.
What stood out the most was that the two employees making sandwiches were moving very slowly, spending more time laughing and chatting with each other than focusing on the orders in front of them. There’s nothing wrong with having fun at work, but when guests are clearly waiting and the store is busy, it comes across as unprofessional and inconsiderate.
It even showed in the quality of the food. I had asked for extra onion, and they gave me just a single small slice. Whether that was sarcasm or carelessness, it was disappointing.
On a positive note, the cashier was very friendly and clearly trying to keep things moving. When I asked for a water cup, she even offered me a regular drink instead to make up for the long wait — which I really appreciated. Small gestures like that do make a difference.
Overall, this location could benefit from stronger training and accountability for the staff. A little more focus during busy times would go a long way in keeping the experience consistent with what I’ve come to expect from Firehouse Subs.
