I absolutely love Firehouse Subs and have been a loyal customer for a long time, I order from them several times a week because their subs are usually amazing. But lately, the quality control just hasn’t been the same. My orders keep coming out wrong, whether it’s asking for the sandwich to be cold and it comes warm, asking for it toasted and it isn’t, or requesting no lettuce and still getting lettuce. Even when I ask for extra pickles—which they offer for free—I don’t...

I ALWAYS get The Italian and it's ALWAYS delicious! The staff at this location on Lake Mead and Tenaya are very friendly, and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. I've been to a few other locations, and none of the above are true at those places.
