I’ve only gotten the turkey jerk sandwich it’s tasty … The mac & cheese is actually not bad. All I had to do was add some pepper and a little salt.

Placed an order in the app. You have to give your phone number when ordering. One of the items, a salad, was ok but had a lot of bad lettuce. The other salad had no cheese, which was requested and paid for. And no dressing came with that one, also ordered. Called the location and was told I would have to go through the app to request a refund for no cheese. Apparently, they were out of cheese for one of the salads but not the other. The Manager said I could come in and the would make me a sandwich or something. That would require me to drive there to fix their mistake. If they were out of the cheese I requested, why wouldn’t they call me to see if they could substitute the type of cheese I requested? This location is not customer friendly.

Ok, let's get real. The food and service made me feel very good. Like home with momma's good cooking. I loved it, but 15 bucks for a sandwich (albeit the best I've ever had), it's still a small sandwich and I feel like 30 bucks for 2 is simply more than I'm interested in spending. For me, quality, quantity and price need to be reasonably similar to an expected standard. The sandwich was too small for the price. That said I think 4 stars is a solid review.

I just ordered from Fire housesubs and my experience was amazing thanks to Maya. She greeted me with a welcoming smile while placing my order and suggested great choices that made choosing easier. The Turkey Bacon Ranch sub ! Her suggestion was packed flavor! Everyone else was doing an amazing job as well, being efficient, and getting work done! Although it was a small interaction, it was experienced well. I can't wait to return for that sandwhich again !

This place is not POC friendly. Do not let the atmosphere misconstrue you. These people are extremely racist and privileged. Please do your research before wasting your money here, better places in Las Vegas, NV.

Hadn't been to Firehouse in a while, a couple of years at least, but I had some rewards points and wanted to try the new BBQ Cuban, so I ordered one online for pickup. The restaurant was clean and the service friendly, but the sandwich for the price was pretty lousy. Taste was okay, but there were some gristly/fatty pieces of meat on it. The sandwich was extremely small - granted, I used points, but the $6.99 price point for a tiny 4" sandwich I finished in 4 bites isn't a very good value. It seems inflation and other factors have been driving fast food prices to the point where a nice sit down or fast casual restaurant is about the same price or just slightly more. Also, unlike most other restaurants, you can't redeem your points here without spending at least $.50 out of pocket, and since there's nothing that costs that much, you're forced to spend a couple of bucks anyway on chips or a drink. Doubtful I would return to any locations of this chain until prices come down or you get a better value for the money spent.

Never had a bad experience here. Sandwiches always made to order and prepared pretty quickly. Only complaint I have is they ran out of drink carries once.
