Food was good. Service wasn't bad. The only thing I didn't like at all were the two young employees who chose to sweep and mop near me as I was eating my food. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time, they could've started in a whole different area of the floor, not right where I was sitting! Turned me completely off.
I ordered a smokehouse beef and cheddar. The meat was very little and it was tough and full of fat. I complained to the manager and she replied “we can cannot control our meat” She was rude and didn’t really care. I’ve been eating there for over 5 years but I won’t be back.

Love love love firehouse subs when in the US. This one was no different. Very nice staff and great sandwiches. Oh,and of course the soda machine with 100 choices. Fanta Peach is the best.

The staff was very friendly and the store was immaculate. I went there for one of the promotions; however, I wasn't able to get the sandwich(Turkey Jerk)that I liked with either promotion.

My favorite sandwich restaurant. My go to's are the Italian & the brisket subs but honestly anything you get is going to hit the spot. Usually order take out thru the app and it is fast and easy.
