Restaurant employee REFUSED to let me used their restroom while I waited for a customers order. This happened at this same place before. Only I was told restrooms were “Out Of Service”. Employee tells me the restroom is for customers only and that I would have to make a purchase to use it. I say "you don't consider me a customer?" and he says no. I ask what he does when he has to use the bathroom? Just hold it all day? Oh no, employees can use the bathroom too. But me, the person helping them make money by delivering their food? I'm on my own???

This place has a consistent experience overall. We got our usual sandwich and it was great as expected. Pricing is fair yet on the high side for lunch. Lovely clean interior. Plenty of parking.
This is a joke. Paid $19 for a bread and sauce sandwich. No cheese, hardly any meat, and the bread was dry and crusty. First and last time ordering from this location.

This place has gone downhill. Obviously the fault of management. Expect to pay extra for every topping. Kids sandwich cones with no vegetables. You want lettuce? Extra charge.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I've been to a ton of FSs in my day with no issues. But the one in Summerlin on Charleston has been the absolute worst. The female at the register was rude beyond belief. The bathroom facilities were out of order, and the same female was not shy about "hollering" at you about them. She was rude, crude, and unacceptable in her total approach. I will NEVER go back to this location. Unbelievable. How can the owners/management leave this person as their first impression. Big, BIG MISTAKE. 0 STARS.
Went into firehouse after I left out of Smiths at exactly 8:45pm. The lights were dim the open sign was off but the door was unlocked. 2 employees were standing at the soda machine and I asked are you closed? The employee responded yes I said I thought you closed at 9:00pm he responded yes I said it’s 8:45pm he said well we can only make cold subs I said I thought you were “closed” he responded we turn off the warmers at 8:45pm. Unfortunately I wanted the new captains club so that wouldn’t work for me.. if the store is going to advertise they close at 9:00pm as a customer we expect to be able to order what we like until 9:00pm. I hope management is not allowing this!
Lovely Two Gentlemen that served us and know how to make a sandwich I can't say how happy we were and I was bringing my friend for his first time and he is an elderly gentleman and he just thought it was divine very grateful for your time thank you both

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs at 9921 W Charleston. I had to call in my order because I was having trouble with the website and very nice lady TENNESSEE who couldn’t hear me was kind and determined to get my order and get me situated. She had great customer service skills and then when I arrived at the store, she was even nicer in person and so were the other staff members. They all called me Miss Jet and treated me like I was in there everyday. This was my first time at this location but it won’t be my last. GREAT JOB TEAM!

If you want to wait 20 minutes for them to make your sandwich then that's your place, even if you call in the order, they won't start until you arrive. Workers dread locks hangs over the sandwich that Is being prepared absolutely disgusting.

So I arrived about 10 minutes before closing which is not the normal for me however this evening I was tight on time. Only to find out that the staff decided to close themselves down early. Now if anyone has ever worked for corporate they know that the door stays open and your services stay available until closing time. This however did not happen here. I will be speaking with their GM in regard to this. You work in customer service and your location missed out on business because staff decided to close early….If you want to make the rules people own your own company until then you should abide by the corporation regulations that gives you the paycheck.

We ordered two sandwiches and for some reason half of each sandwich was good and the other half the meat tasted like rubber. Could not tear it away with my teeth. Will not be coming back to this Firehouse.

Really disappointed by this location- the staff used to be so friendly but now they're extremely rude or just don't care about customers. Our takeout order wasn't called and we were ignored when we walked in. When someone eventually asked if we were waiting for something, our order was handed to us cold and they pretty rudely insisted our order was called - which it for sure wasn't (there were three of us waiting for it). I'll avoid this location in future

Serious, the owner prohibits the staff from handing out cups for water! I won’t be back to this location.

Firehouse is awesome. One of my favorite sub restaurants. I went with my parents since I was in town visiting them and then did mess up on my mom's meal but they fixed it and made it right! We all left happy and with a full belly. They don't have a firehouse subs where I live so I have to stop anytime I'm in town. Awesome thanks again!
