This was a real favorite until lately. No liquor license any more so no Shock Top in a frosty glass. One employees kids running rampant screaming non stop so that we ended up changing our order to take home. So sad.

Had the bag of Seafood. There are many places now that do seafood this way. So I gave it a try. One of my favorite ways to dine out. ????????. Wow, I was very apprised and pleased. Very good, tasty, and just enuff spice(I had mild). I will return. Just for that now.

I ordered the bayou basket, gumbo, and jambalaya Togo. Came out to be almost $60. Fair price. Very friendly and clean inside. Food was ready in 10 minutes. I did go home and airfry the fried foods. Catfish, shrimp, oysters, and fries were alright. Probably something you have to eat fresh and right there. However, pleasantly surprised with the Gumbo and Jambalaya. We took a trip out to Louisiana and tried gumbo multiple times. I never liked it, Fish Kings is very good. I have passed by this place for many years and never knew what it was. I will be back to dine in.

Have you been feeling tired of tipping people who don’t deserve it? Well, you aren’t alone. It’s become “mandatory” that the workers no longer care to go above and beyond. Fish King Grill is an exception.
We discovered this place accidentally not knowing there’s a Southern seafood gem here. Jorge was really accommodating and friendly. Helped me through the menu without feeling I was rushed even when it was 30 minutes before closing. My girl wanted cold milk for her drink and he asked if I’d like a small or big cup. I ordered a Catfish Po Boy home for my wife not knowing it was a sandwich (my wife doesn’t eat bread with egg), and Jorge was happy to switch to a slightly pricier menu without putting me through paying the difference! No need to tell you how rare it is to find people who genuinely care about customers today.
Food was great. I had big fried oyster po boy and my girl had a catfish kid boat, and her meal actually came in a boat! Let’s just say this place brought back the traditional vibe of neighborly restaurants where things can be flexible to make customers’ day. Because at the end of the day, that’s what makes a good business.

The food was not good and very disappointing considering the amount paid. The strawberry lemonade was very good though. The gumbo was burnt. Dumbo would have spit it out. Not being racist, but you’re gonna cook soul food I would prefer Black people to cook it. I spent $118 with four people. Everything we ordered was nasty. I thought this was gonna be an upscale place.
