First experience, and last. Over charged. Asked for a small burger...got charged $11.30. Which turns out is the price for a double patty. I had never been, so had no idea what I got charged for til my friend told me after I returned from getting the take out. Asked for both kinds of onions (raw and grilled), only got a ton of raw on both buns so had to dump off half of them. The receipt had the correct info for the onions.The place was filthy. I was kind of disgusted.

Good burger ? although they are heavy on the ketchup and mustard(ask for half) the "grilled" onions werent cooked at all. The chips were nice and got and as always way too many... I just need to fine tune my order with the team. Also the best soda machines I've come across there must be at least 70 options to choose from in one touch screen machine ! ?

The place is immaculately clean. The staff is always friendly and happy. I think the manager is a petite black woman. She is extremely professional and extremely focused. As she should, she changes her gloves and washes her hands if she switches from handling cash to handling food.

Our first visit to a 5 Guys in Las Vegas. Never again. The size and quality of their food did not meet the expectations caused by the high prices. What a shame. Greed wins again. Disappointed.

I came right before close and still got fresh fries.. Decided to make a review because the customer service here was immaculate. From the phone call to the visit. Angela was super helpful and truly made the 5 guys experience worth a drive up the street for some fries tehehehe ! Awesome service Angela! Keep the great spirit! Everyone else was super friendly and helpful also :)
