By far the slowest Fives Guys in Las Vegas for delivery drivers. I always always always wait 15-30 for the smallest of orders. You guys can do way better when half the staff just relaxes on the floor do better guys. I hate this location with a passion and often decline pickups from here. Sooooo slow!

Both times I went to this location I had a great experience.. Nothing stands out as especially annoying or negative in any way that I can think of. But the food is GREAT and stands out above all of the other burger joints I've been to including In & Out which is great too and waaaaay better bargain for the money but the quality here is above and beyond. Delicious. I don't know what kind of illicit drugs they're putting in the meat but I dig it and it's addictive, like a damn caramel frappé from McDonald's or something.. The Jamocha shakes from Arby's.. All these are some form of heroin I think 🤔

This location is great, very convenient and plenty of parking. The inside is large, clean and bright although freezing cold inside. The staff greeted every guest that walked through the door with a warm friendly tone. All the staff rotated to different tasks and worked together really well with a great sense of urgency. Fries here are spectacular and portion size on fries is great. The burgers in my opinion are EXTREMELY over priced and not any better that any of the other burger choices that are much lower priced. I was very very disappointed in the burger and would never pay that kind of money for a basic cheeseburger ever again.

Not sure if today was just an outlier, but my cheeseburger was so tiny I had to double check to make sure I ordered it correctly. 15 dollars for a jr cheeseburger? I didn't order the little burger. Typically they fill the bag with fries. Not today just a little skimpy small fry. Not sure if it's all of 5 Guys or just an outlier situation at this location. Disappointed.

While the food is good, it is a little pricey for a hamburger. Me and my son went and spent nearly $40 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 fountain drinks. You can get the same items at In N Out for around $20.

My husband ordered a burger while I was at Yogurtland with the kiddos, got into our truck, and my husband opened his burger to find it was missing the MEAT ?. I walked back in and explained what had happened. Noah ws super empathetic and immediately replaced the burger and gave us a little credit for a future order. It was absolutely unexpected but so incredibly appreciative of the exceptional customer service he displayed. Thank you so much!

I love this place for a good burger and I love their fries. The milkshakes are great too. The only complaint this time was that the cashier didn’t clarify my order and serve me the wrong shake, but I fixed it and replaced it and let me keep the first one. Great customer service.
