Love 5 guys burgers, but this experience was SUPER disappointing. Ordered food, person cleaning the lobby was rude when asking us as we were ordering “excuse me”, food was fine. Order taker didn’t listen very well, and we ended up with an extra order of food, and ordered a shake that we had finished eating, gone to the counter twice and still don’t have. This place is FAR too expensive to have service this terrible. Should have gone elsewhere.

I paid for a large burger and fries. That is way too much money for the small quantity they give you. I expect for an $11 burger that it is supposed to be much bigger than what they gave me.Also, they need to add more flavor to the burger meat and fries.Customer service is good, though.

Over priced shrink flation ,over salted fries. Don't waste your time or money for a over rated niche gimmick Not woth it would rather have in n out.

Order a bacon cheeseburger and a side of Cajun fries. My french fries had so much garlic on them that I couldn’t even eat them. The smell was so overpowering that I had to throw them in my dumpster outside. I was a little confused because I ordered Cajun fries not garlic fries my burger was very soggy besides that I will never go
