This location has gotten so bad. Zero management. Food was terrible. So much mayo was on my burger it was dripping off. Large fries were approximately an 8 oz cup of fries. I’ve never received so few fries from Five Guys. We ordered at 5:30 my son arrived at 5:48 after the app indicated food would be ready in 9-14 minutes. When he walked in he was told the order would be ready in 2 minutes. He left the store with our order at 6:25. It’s like a circus in there no one knows what they are doing or how to properly make a burger or fill a French fry order. When I called in the girl who said she was the manager refused to give me her name. Save your money DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! This location will close at this rate. Used to be a good store. Completely mismanaged now.

I haven't had a burger in a while and decided to stop here and it was amazing, at soon I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm my burger was delicious and the fries on another level just perfection, from the cashier and literally everyone that works there so respectful and professional I give this place 10 out of 10 definitely coming back and 100% recommend. Whoever hired this crew knew what they were doing I was happy withyje food but left even happier after the awesome treatment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary peanuts. However, I found the burgers slightly too oily for my preference. Nevertheless, the fries remained delectable, particularly enhanced by the Cajun seasoning.

Got burgers to go. Arrived home to find lettuce OLD AND WILTED. My husbands burger did not have the mushrooms or tomatoe, he could not even taste the A-1 on it. My burger was cooked ok but bun was very soggy and again lettuce was NOT fresh at all... Not the 1st time we have had less than satisfactory meals!! Most of the fries were limp and not fresh either...
The end of an era. Five guys is already known for being the burger spot that costs too much but has good fries. Ive always gotten the small fries because its basically a large fry in the past where they hook it up. I was so disappointed to see this is the new portion size I got today. Sorry but the fries were the only reason I come to five guys and this is ridiculous for the price.

Hubby has been wanting Five Guys for sometime so we went today. We had forgotten that if you order a burger it’s a double. Get the little burger if you want a single. The burgers were juicy so much so I wore a napkin bib. They tasted great. The fries are $5. They give you enough for four, but they are limp and not crispy. The staff was very nice. I watched an employee sit on the ground and wash the chairs. She went top to bottom. Impressive. The store was clean. Peanuts were available. It’s expensive. 2 burgers, 1 Fry and 1 medium soda was $33 with a $3 tip.

$66 for a mediocre burger joint! FAST FOOD! to top it off, they don't even do meals! Or have ranch!! The second most basic sauce besides ketchup in America.. Everything sold separately, that's fine if this was an actual fine dining restaurant with special burgers! It's not.. It's a basic typical greasy chz burger from Fast food.. Looks like fast food and smells like it too! Go to In and Out instead, Better tasting food and fair prices! Nothing against the people that work here,but who are these people that's raving about this place? What cave did they crawl out of? Did they Never tasted chz burgers before? Took 5 guys to come up with an absolute basic chz burger? Sad
