Manager was super cool but one employee told my 11 year-old daughter to go and sit down and when he calls the number then you could come pick up the damn french fries is that how 11-year-old or anyone is supposed to get treated I don’t think so he needs to be fired I will never eat at this restaurant again I guess he don’t like kids bad attitude very rude to a child

I’ve never had any issue coming to this Five Guys, ever, actually any Five Guys in general. But on this particular day, over two weeks ago, I was given the wrong burger. I was given a little hamburger instead of the regular burger that comes with two patties, that I paid for. I called in and spoke with Noah, who said he’s the General Manager. He said I’ll be receiving a gift card to my email, hopefully within the next day or so, but it’s been over two weeks. When I call and ask for him, I’m always told he’s not available or he isn’t there. And the fact that I haven’t heard anything, yet he asked me for all of my contact information, says a lot! The only reason he offered to send a gift card via email, is because I live a little further away to just have turned back around to go pick up the right burger.

Amazing, food delicious, the meat yummy yummy, lol I'm not a hamburger person BUT my kids wanted to go here and I got myself 1 Hamburger with all the veggies and I loved it. I will definitely be there again ;) pricey but worth it by the wat loooooove the fries

I want to give a huge shoutout to Anna, Alondra, and the entire staff at the Downtown Five Guys. Every single visit is consistent with one thing: quality. The food is always fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection, but what truly makes this my GO TO spot is the team behind the counter.
From the cooks to the front staff, they treat me like family every time I walk in. There’s a level of warmth, pride, and professionalism here that you rarely see anymore. It’s not just about burgers and fries—it’s about the atmosphere, the people, and the energy they bring to every shift.
You can tell the owner takes pride in running a top-tier location. This branch deserves every bit of praise for building something special. Five stars, every time

The food here is so amazing, and definitely worth the price and wait. The workers Anna and Jaden were absolutely amazing, and their positive attitude towards my friend and I was so inspiring! Anna and Jaden were truly special and deserve their props!! Big shout out to them!!
The food here is always great, but that’s no thanks to the management. My experience with Manager Noah was beyond disappointing it was outright unacceptable. When I made a simple request for a little extra seasoning on my fries, instead of handling it with basic professionalism, he approached me with arrogance and impatience, acting like he had something better to do. He even had the audacity to say, “I don’t have time for this,” as if acknowledging a customer was beneath him.
No customer should ever be treated with such blatant disrespect over something so minor. His attitude was condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If he can’t handle basic customer service, he shouldn’t be in a managerial position. This kind of treatment is disgusting, and I won’t be spending my money somewhere that allows employees to act like they’re above the people keeping their business running.
