Came to Vegas to celebrate my best friend’s birthday and Randon provided us with amazing service! I’m definitely recommending Flanker to ask my friends and family.

Flanker seriously delivered! The loaded nachos were a hit—crispy chips stacked high with black beans, jalapeños, pickled onions, and a creamy drizzle. The queso and guacamole on the side were rich and flavorful. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, with a buttery brioche bun that brought it all together. Fries were crisp and golden—simple and satisfying. A great spot for elevated bar food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Bad experience from start to finish! We went to breakfast early to start our day, it took barely 45 minutes to receive our plates (2 eggs, bacon, and crepes). I had to get up for a coffee refill. All the customers in the restaurant seemed exasperated. Now, food quality, the crepes are made from a cake mix, tasteless and full of sugar! First but especially last time! not to mention the excessive price

They are trying to hard to be different. I didn't like the Cubin sandwich, so I ordered the short ribs, and I didn't like it either. My husband had the chicken. He didn't like the sides but said the chicken was good. A shot of alcohol was $20. So just go gamble and drinks are free. We spent almost $300 (normal for good food) for food that mostly went to the garbage. I love eating in Vagas. The food in Vegas has never let me down before. This place was not worth our time or money.

We ordered the truffle burger which is tasteless. Do not recommend that. Fish and chips were also mediocre at most.

Nice place, good food, very accommodating to an impromptu large crowd, and great service.

We’re tiki crazy locals that decided to come do a staycation to checkout the new Mai Tai pop up bar on a Wednesday night. Service was great, ambience was cute and the drink menu was intriguing. Unfortunately the drinks were not great, we think the proportions may have been off because we tried four different drinks and they were all off, on a scale of 1-5, nothing above a 3. All too incredibly sweet. My last one, the tiki tai was decent but about halfway through it got super bitter. We think the ingredients must have separated somehow, but it was undrinkable at that point. Never had that happen before.

The food was pretty good, we had a pea salad, and a truffle burger. Do not recommend the mezze platter, the hummus and baba ghanoush were unbelievably bland and inedible, disappointing for the price.

Bummer, we were so excited to come check it out but won’t be back.

Food was great and service was perfect as well. Erika our server was very attentive and got our drinks refilled before they were done. Hope we get her again when we return

I’ve lived in Vegas for a while, and this was one of my least favorite dining experiences I’ve had lately. I worked at Mandalay Bay, and decided to try Flanker, a newer restaurant (2023) in the casino.

To start, the tables were quite empty - however we were informed there was a 10 min wait. I’m guessing this was due to staffing, which is understandable. However about 15 minutes had passed, and no one else seemed to be waiting. I walked up, and the staff said that they actually had a table, so we could then be seated.

Next, we were attending the WNBA game at the hotel, and there was a meal deal for game days listed on the Flanker website. However, our server was unaware of this special. She checked with her boss, and then confirmed what the options were.

For the food, the happy hour prices seem good, but portion sizes were reflective. (4 wings for 12$, 3 Mac and cheese bites for 9$. Etc…)

I ordered the spring pea salad. Photo attached. Here’s the description. “Sugar Snap Peas, English Peas, Pea Shoots,
Spring Greens, Radish, Almonds, Goat Cheese,
Lemon-Vanilla Vinaigrette”

The salad had 0 sugar snap peas, English peas, and I didn’t see the pea shoots. It honestly looked like a side salad for 7$… however cost $24.

When the salad was so small, I asked to order one more appetizer off the happy hour menu, however we were 2 minutes too late (6:02) when I asked for those sadly.

For the 22$ old fashioned I got… they put 2 small ice cubes in it, instead of using a full block - which I would expect given the 22$ price point.

The staff were overworked, and were unable to preemptively fill our waters or iced teas without prompt. They need to get their staffing figured out.

The restaurant was clean, and decorated nicely. Sound was a little high for a game, but it’s a sports bar - so I guess personal preference.

Overall, would not return. The salad was horrible… and actually upset me given the cost.

Poor service. Waitress did not pay attention. Food was slow. Specifically mentioned we were in a hurry. The food that came out was very cold proving it sat ready for a long time after it was ready. Place was not even busy. Food was mediocre and relatively expensive. Had a great time in Las Vegas. This was my only regrettable experience. Didn’t seem like the employees, or management understood the issue. Here is a picture of the solid Nacho Cheese that came out with the cold nachos. Look closely and you can see the crater left from my finger pressing it in.

We stopped in for dinner before going to a concert.
Josue was our server and he’s recommendations were spot on.
He paid attention to our table and made sure we had everything we need it.
Food was amazing!

Not impressed, made a reservation ahead of time for our stay to watch the UFC - mentioned fights in the comments. Went to get our table and said that we didnt reserve for the UFC and that the fights would be $100ea if we wanted to stay even though it was on ESPN+. Ended up watching in the sports book with no sound. Last stay we walked right in no fees and watched the main card. It was an early fight card and we were really looking forward to it so really disappointed.
