The martinis are light and refreshing, the caprese salad is excellent. Salmon or scallops both very good. Crème brûlée was wonderful. Worth it!

The food was good, but nothing special. Our steaks were far below our expectations. The service was below average - especially for what we expect from the Mandalay Bay or any Las Vegas steakhouse. Before even getting drinks, our waiter passed by numerous times promising (each time) that he'll be right with us. Eventually, we asked for bread and never did get it until we asked a different waiter. We ordered a bottle of wine and had to refill our glasses ourselves. We had to request that our water glasses be refilled. Considering the service and the only average steaks, we won't be coming back. There are just too many great Las Vegas steakhouses to accept one that's only average or sub-par.

I really enjoyed my Caesar salad (app) and Mac and cheese (meal). I was here for a business conference called Prosper. Fleur is located inside the Delano hotel right near the casino. The Delano is next to/connecting to the Mandalay Bay Resort and the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. My waiter kept checking if I had everything I needed and kept bringing me water. I recommend this restaurant and would go back in the future!

We had a wonderful experience and dinner at Fleur. Kudos to Chef Dale. We had the scrumptious scallops as an appetizer. The presentation as well as the delightful texture and taste of the pockets of butternut squash is highly recommended. We also enjoyed the perfectly grilled filet mignon. Our waiter , Michael was top notch and was very attentive to our needs.

Atmosphere is calm. Food is ON POINT! Lamb melting off the bone...no knife needed. Staff were attentive. Worth every penny and then some!

Service was great. After you order a $17 salad and $72 rib eye steak. They charge for anchovies and bread. Everything is an extra cost. It would be nicer to charge more and not charge for bread and things that should come with the meal. Very disappointed.

386. This review is for their bar. Came here for drinks before grabbing dinner at a restaurant nearby. We were sitting around for several minutes cause there was no one in sight to flag down just for a drink menu. It wasn't even busy. This was in the afternoon so almost all of the tables were unoccupied. Drinks were decent but the service was a huge turnoff. So disappointing.

I visited Fluer during Thanksgiving weekend with my family and the atmosphere was really nice! My server, Adam was very attentive and had a good sense of humor and checked on my family and I to see if we needed anything! The young man Josh, who brought our food to the table was very friendly and informative ! I ordered the salmon and it was delicious! My family and I will definitely visit Fluer again on our next visit to Vegas!

The service was outstanding! Priyanka took great care of us. Add to this, the meal was all 5 stars. Bone in Rib Eye to die for.

Awesome steak! Cooked and seasoned to perfection. Good attentive service. Good position within the Mandalay complex. Will be coming back.

Started with a cocktail, ordered an Old Fashioned and it was a glass of sugar water. Then moved on to the lobster bisque, which was fishy and very salty. We contemplated leaving, but were starving and ordered a filet, which the chef was also heavy handed with the salt. It was the worst $250 dinner I've ever had. Don't eat here, wait for Strip Steak to open back up!

Fleur has always been one of our go to places after Raider home football games. Located in Mandalay Bay across for Allegiant Stadium, it was convenient and a nice place to enjoy dinner. However, our last time there we were very disappointed. It seems as though management is more concerned with the bottom line then their patrons. The burger which was our favorite and was an economical alternative on their menu was removed. There is a charge for bread and one of their beef options was a 7oz Filet Mignon at $62. We had the Caesar Salad which was very ordinary with dressing that tasted like it was out of a bottle. They also have condensed the options on their menu which appeared aggressively inflated. We frequent many restaurants with different pricing options but can't recommend Fleur at this time.

This is no longer the French Bistro with wonderful food. Ate there previously and had a wonderful salmon on leak puree, with asperagas, and blood orange sauce. Looked forward to getting it again. Ordered the salmon and they just brought a piece of salmon that was overcooked on a plate. Asked them about it and they said they switched from French Bistro to Steakhouse and everything is al-a-carte now. Charged $ for bread. Salmon with nothing else was $4 more than the previous wonderful meal. Sides were $18 each and no asperagas. Will never eat there again,
