Vegan pizza has great cheese and tasty sausage. Gluten free pizza made vegan was amazing. Nice to have this option on the strip
If you’re in this section of Las Vegas near the Flamingo, this pizza is a helpful option for vegans. It’s not the best pizza in the world, but it’s good.
We always eat here when we come to las Vegas in my daughters opinion they have the best gluten free crust of anywhere:) wish there was one close to us in California!
Had a dinner reservation but arrived over a half hour early; they found us a good table anyway. We did not try any alcoholic drinks and kept our order simple - crispy brussel sprouts app and a Vampire Slayer pizza. The food took a little extra time to arrive but definitely worth the wait. Pizza was hot, fresh, and smelled great. We both enjoyed meat combination and roasted garlic. The Brussels come with a fried egg and what I think are quarter inch sliced fingerling potatoes. The maple flavor was nice, delicious app. We had enough to eat (took some Brussels home) and the price point was perfect.
Good gluten-free pizza with the caveat they mention they use a gluten reduced beer in the mix? Don't think it affected me, not sure. Glad to be able to have a gluten-free beer, Greens IPA though.
We will always visit this location when visiting Vegas. Delicious food and service is fast. Our waiter was very attentive, patient, polite, and above all kind. He is an asset to this establishment. Meatballs are amazing. Sauce is not overwhelming and the pasta tastes big enough for two, and worth the money. The iceberg wedge is good, but the bacon was all fat. Cesar salad was outstanding and good for two or three people.
Hands down the best gluten free pizza I've ever had. The people I was with were not gluten free but were game for trying gluten free options. We had garlic cheese bread, Caesar salad and two pizzas which was the perfect amount of food for four people. Their gluten free pizza is deep dish style and we had a white sauce option and a red sauce option. They were both delicious. Highly recommend this place for people with celiac. I'll definitely go back! It's also on this super fun outdoor promenade, which was a fun place to walk around.
best pizza ever. Love it
The Caputo Cup Gluten Free pizza was delicious! They also made Cheese Bread GF for us and it was really good!!
Lovely find with tasty gluten free cheese bread and pizza - a happy discovery in Vegas. Friendly service and quick to get orders in and to the table. Quieter than a lot of places in Vegas. Food was delicious even for non gluten free people in the party.

I have many dietary restrictions (dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian) and they met all of them! Their GF crust is AMAZING!! Thick and delicious! They also have DF cheese, which isn't common. It's nice to be able to get pizza with all my restrictions!
Celiac friendly with deep dish pizza tasting real good! GF beers are a plus! Great location on the LinQ Promenade. Definitely worth the time!!
I stopped in at Flour & Barley Brick Oven Pizza while in Las Vegas and ordered the pepperoni pizza. It was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly baked in their brick oven crispy on the outside yet light and chewy inside. The sauce had a rich flavor, the cheese was fresh and melted just right, and the pepperoni had that perfect balance of crisp and savory. The atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming, and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, a great spot if you're craving quality pizza in Vegas. I'll definitely be back!
Service and food was spot on! The chicken wings are delicious as were the two pizzas we ate. Always a great place to eat on the Linq Promenade.
Great pizzas off the strip.
Friendly environment by the Wheel promenade.
