Delicious pizza near the highroller observation wheel. A bit of vegan sausage never goes astray.:..every vegan pizza should have it and this one was very tasty

The food was very good The service was a little lackluster I felt very rushed at one point my dinner entrees came to the table while we were still eating our appetizers only saw the server once when he came to take the order and then again to bring the check never checked on us some other person ran the food to the table.

I ate at Flour and Barley last year and found the food was excellent so when I returned to Las Vegas, I made sure that I had a reservation so I could enjoy another great meal.

One of our favorite places on the strip great pizza and great service We love Edgar as our server!

Pizza was amazing - gluten free crust was the best we have ever had. We sat outside and had a great experience.

Server was amazing, food came out in an efficient manner. The meatball appetizer was phenomenal. Has the apple pie pie for dessert, would go back just for that! Will be making repeat visits whenever I am in town.

Cool place with casual ambiance. Great food that was prepared fast. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Busy place. Was there watching a March Madness basketball game, so the place was probably noisier than normal. Put in on your To Do List.

Great place for pizza and the service is very good. An excellent selection of libations and desserts. Really good for groups.

We were a party of six - all food was very good, but the Greek salad was excellent! We reserved ahead and were seated promptly. Servers were friendly & efficient. Food came out together and was hot. All in all it was a great experience & good value for Vegas!

The vegan pizza was pretty solid. I do not love Daiya cheese, but the pizza overall was good and it exceeded expectations. They only have the 1 option on the menu though. The size of the pizza was good for 2 people to split.

Daiya cheese, tasted so good!

The verdure pizza was pretty good! The eggplant wasn't completely cooked through but overall it was a good pizza. The staff was friendly and were very accommodating when we asked for our table to be wiped down again after sitting. For context-we sat outside under a tree where birds are leaving 'presents' on the table. I would definitely go here again next time I'm in Vegas!

Stopped by to have a snack and was well served by Sam.

Had the brussel sprout starter, which was amazing. Calabrese pizza was really tasty. Good selection of beers and great service.

Recently, I went back for more snacks, had the meatballs and garlic bread, and were amazing.

I recently visited this pizza shop and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, and my husband had a pepperoni and sausage slice. The dough couldn't stand up to the sauce and toppings – it was soggy and unappetizing. The taste was bland, and the texture was just awful. We expected a lot better, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst pizza experiences we’ve had. We won’t be coming back.

We ate here twice during our visit to Las Vegas. The Gluten Free pizza crust is something magical. It's like old school deep dish pizza that's light airy and worth every single calorie in it. My guy, isn't GF but preferred the GF crush to any other pizza option he has had. Would eat there again any time I am in Vegas.

Dietary restrictions: True GF options that taste fantastic.
