My wife and I were recently on a family vacay in Vegas and we stumbled upon Flour&Barley. A little info about us: we are the proud owners of Moon Lilly Wellness in Honolulu and lovers of travel , food , fashion etc…. My wife’s diet needs to be gluten free due to Lupus.
So when we arrived here and found out they have a killer gluten free menu and the amazing assortment of cocktails especially the flight of mimosas. How could we say no! We had the deep dish pepperoni lovers and the flight of mimosas……
And let me tell you about this gluten free pizza…. Deep dish, light and airy like a croissant with little pepperonis that were everywhere on this pizza! WE ARE PIZZA LOVERS! And this place friggin throws down a solid pizza , sips , and service! Big Big thank you to our server! I forgot his name . He has only been there for 2 weeks but was so friendly , and informative and his timing was on point! Mahalo mate! The whole team was awesome from greet to exit!!!. I added 2 pics…. Forgot to document as we were to caught up in feeding our faces…. Again to you F&B: you guys are awesome!!! Everyone needs to eat gluten free! Makes me think of drinking Beer without the bloat!!!! Get it done peeps! Aloha & Mahalo for such a memorable experience !!!!

Honestly a really awful experience. Me and my partner order the mimosa flights and both of ours were wrong, the buffalo cauliflower appetizer was undercooked and there was barley any buffalo sauce, the sauce on both our pasta dishes tasted like it came straight out of a can, and we spent over $100 total on this garbage. Really disappointing experience.

My review started as a 3 star but the more I thought about it the more it moved down to a 1. Had a reservation and the hostess was nice and got us a seat immediately. Ordered two mimosa flights and the server got both of ours wrong. We ordered the buffalo fried cauliflower and it was DISGUSTING. Literally seemed like bagged fried cauliflower and a drop of buffalo, seriously one of the worst things I've had from a restaurant. Then our entrees, the pasta sauce is 100% canned and was so underwhelming. For over 100$, I could've gone anywhere else but had the misfortune of going here. Don't make the same mistake. Also they looped the SAME SONG the entire time.

Super fast service. Food didn't take very long to get and it was really good! They kept the refills coming and made sure we were happy campers! The chocolate cake was freaking delicious! We will be back on our next vegas trip for sure!

Off the top, I was treating my brother and his family to the bill. I had no idea what they ordered but the bill was 150. So when it asked to add a tip, I was shocked that it was only asking for 9 dollars. I said to the guy, is this right. He told me he had the boss take off the mandatory large party tip. I trusted him so I gave him another 8 bucks cash thinking that 9 was kind of small. I got the receipt and was bummed to see it was NOT taken off. It was 21 dollars. For 3 kids and 3 adults?? So 21 plus 9 plus another 8 cash?? Wow. Dude straight up lied to me and got a 38 dollar tip on a 100 dollar meal that we had to ask for ranch for the 2 orders of chicken fingers. Where he only brought one out. Here i am thinking I'm being cheap by giving him a 17 dollar tip. Yikes. No wonder tourism is suffering. When you have scam artists taking advantage of people trying to enjoy the moment. Ugh. Food was ok but nothing leaves a bad taste like being ripped off.

The gluten free vegan pizza here is top tier! Honestly, this ranks in my top 2 gluten free deep dish crusts I've ever had across the world. So so so good.

Food was amazing. We got a Margherita pizza added pepperoni. We also had the meatball appetizer and cauliflower buffalo bites. Food was amazing. The water tasted like pool water. I swapped to lemonade and that wasn't enough to cover the chlorine in the water.

Food is great but don't drink the water.

I had the vegan pizza and it was really good. Service was decent and the atmosphere was ok as well. There weren’t a lot of vegan options but the pizza was fantastic so no complaints!

We chose a gluten free pizza crust and it was delicious. The beet salad was amazing with the candied lemons. Very reasonable for Vegas!

Great pizza!!! You can eat inside or outside and get by the slice !! Wings were good too!!! Great and quick stop!!
