Dropped in here for an informal dinner. Like that there was outdoor seating Shared a Greek salad and a regular pizza. Both were surprisingly delicious. Very tasty salad. Good dressing and good feta cheese. Pizza was medium thickness with a decent sauce and good cheese. Totally satisfied this New Yorker!!

If you're in the mood for a dismal dining experience, Flour and Barley should be at the top of your list. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere was off-putting, with employees dishing out more sarcasm than service, evidently confusing rudeness with humor. The quality of the food was equally disappointing; imagine pizza that could double as a cardboard stand-in and you'll get the idea. To top it off, don't plan on lingering over your lackluster meal; come 10pm, they're practically shoving you out the door. In a city brimming with culinary possibilities, Flour and Barley manages to make itself memorable for all the wrong reasons.

I will dream about their gluten free pizza for the rest of my life. Crispy and buttery - almost like an old school Pizza Hut pan pizza (in the best way!). My boyfriend also got a gluten-filled pizza and loved it at well. Waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely worth stopping in to!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options!

The pizza was so good! In general their prices are pretty fair, especially for Vegas. They have wood-fired pizza and so many different ones to pick from. We also got the whipped feta appetizer. It's a decent sized cup of feta but you only get about 6 pita chips. It also has a bunch of cut up olives on top which we didn't know when we ordered it.

well if you enjoy calamari deep fried with deep fried jalapeños and deep fried lemons and tons of batter... then this place is for you. If by chance you enjoy over cooked pasta with your Alfredo, then you'll love it here! Lastly you enjoy the manager that says OH WELL THIS IS HOW WE MAKE IT. ... don't waste your money. The 3 stars is for the awesome waitress. Everything and everyone else was trash

Was so excited to try this place & it did not disappoint! For those with gluten sensitivity/intolerance/celiac it is important to note that their pizza crusts are made using a gluten removed beer. I did not have a reaction to the pizza but I've been to the taproom of the brewery that they use (in Pasadena) & their gluten removed beer made me extremely ill after just a few sips, so proceed with caution. I stuck with wine for my beverage. My husband and I ordered the gf garlic bread & it was delicious--fluffy, spongy, full of flavor! No picture, sorry. Up next, husb ordered the gf pepperoni pizza (caputo cup) & I ordered the Parma. So delicious, & I will return next time I'm in Vegas. Our server, Edgar, was extremely attentive & well versed in their menu & all the options for keeping things gluten free (-ish). He was warm, friendly & funny. Excellent service! The ambiance is casual, is fine for a family or a very casual date. Sports on tv as it was during March madness we were there for a little over an hour & felt like they took good care of us--fast service without feeling rushed to leave. Try the parma, it's pizza perfection!

Try and go here when in town. Last night was the worst food experience and not great service. Pizza was delivered to wrong table (next to us), took 10-15 for waiter to realize then brought same pizza to our table. Cold and mushy. After waiting and hour for food. Gave up and left, manager never bothered to acknowledge problem. Not to return!!Update, almost a week later now. No response to a crappy review. That’s how you know a business that doesn’t care about customers and not ready to own it and get better.

I kid you not this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was so light and fluffy and tasty. I had the veggie pizza and will definitely be returning every time I’m in Vegas.

Just an ok pizza joint. Nothing spectacular about the pizza. The topping options are very odd. Like chilies and salsa Verde on a ham/ sausage pizza. Do not come here if you are looking for regular American pizza. If you want odd, you'll like it.

The atmosphere outside the resturant is quite fun. However the ambience is soured by the poor service by the staff. If you go expect to wait a bit to be served. In terms of menu items I would just stick to the pizzas. We had a stuffed pepper appetizer that was very bland. The Green Chili Chicken Pizza was great and the other pizzas we saw all looked good as well.Dietary restrictions: If you need gluten free they have gluten free crust.
