The absolute best Old Fashioned I have ever had in my life was here. It was a pineapple brûlée Old Fashioned with smoky, sweet notes that was perfectly balanced. That one drink, was truly the highlight of the evening.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.
The filet, New York strip, and ribeye never made it to our table after an hour and twenty minutes. Meanwhile, chicken wings and sausage were brought out repeatedly (at least three or four times). Around the 50-minute mark, I spoke with the server and host, and asked to speak to a manager. The host was reluctant to get him and the server had no impact on the food rotation. I returned at the hour-and-twenty-minute mark and again the host did not want to involve the manager. He happened to be standing behind her, and I was finally able to speak with him directly.
He apologized, but by that point we were leaving and everyone at the table was already full from the repeated lower-cost items. He offered to send the steaks to the table, but we were done.
It felt intentional that the more expensive meats were strategically limited. I don't recall seeing any of them in the room. Whether that was the case or not, it is ultimately the manager’s responsibility to ensure proper rotation so all guests experience the full offering. It is also management’s responsibility to ensure meats are prepared and available in a timely manner. If there were shortages or delays, that should have been clearly communicated to guests.
I would absolutely return for the pineapple brûlée Old Fashioned, but nothing else.

Valentine's day, OMG the edit was horrible 45 minutes behind schedule, the line was massive, but the food was good, it was a little loud to, won't be going back wasn't impressed, but others swear by it, so best way to find out is go try it urself on a less busy night, and watch it for wildlife there's plenty in that area

I recently visited Fogo de Chão to celebrate my godfather’s 75th birthday. He and his wife rarely dine out, so when I invited him to choose any restaurant in Las Vegas for such a meaningful occasion, this was his selection. We arrived genuinely excited to create a memorable evening.
Unfortunately, the welcome immediately shifted the tone. The hostess lacked warmth and appeared far more engaged with her phone and coworkers than with the guests in front of her. After an uncomfortable wait, we were escorted to a back table positioned between the kitchen and the restrooms complete with a steady draft, constant foot traffic, and an ongoing chorus of staff conversations. It was hardly the setting one envisions for a milestone celebration.
Service throughout the evening followed suit. Our server was absent for extended periods, and the overall attentiveness felt transactional rather than intentional. As someone in senior leadership within a major hospitality company in Las Vegas, I understand the demands of high-volume service. That said, hospitality is about perception and presence. In this case, it felt as though assumptions were made about our table instead of an effort to elevate the experience.
To their credit, the culinary execution was impressive. The market table was fresh and beautifully presented, with vibrant fruit selections. The signature pink pineapple, along with the meats and cheeses, was exceptional. The cuts of meat were well-prepared and consistent with the brand’s reputation.
I appreciate the energetic, fast-paced nature of a Brazilian steakhouse it thrives on momentum. However, when a guest selects your restaurant to celebrate 75 years of life, the experience should feel special, not shuffled.
For large groups seeking abundance and a lively atmosphere, it may be a strong choice. For an intimate milestone celebration, I would explore other options next time.

We went here for our Wedding dinner and it was just absolutely amazing! The food is insanely good, the staff are on top of everything. Tip: get little of the salad bar, so you can eat more meat

Marcelo is a fantastic server. He is super attentive, and when he noticed our initial server wasn’t coming around he made sure to get us our food. The bread, food, and drinks were all perfect. The filet mignon board was cooked to perfection, and the chimichuri is fantastic.

First that was a disaster. I was going over there because I wanna celebrate that I’m getting Mary and I soon I get in the ladies out over there that Three Ladies. They are no friendly at all. They put me in a table they moving Back-and-forth and I asked the person can you please give me a picaña, Miriam Well, ay Wait more 20 Five Minutes, and they give me this little piece of meat and the rest are so red de manager came. They asked for the meat for me and then when they bring the new Batch, guess what same thing burn outside inside is like red. They change the meat again, and guess what the same thing. That was the worst experience in my Life. I prefer Texas de Brasil.
