If you want to over pay for meal prep, foodie fit is the place for you. The quality of the food is not mind blowing at all but the worst part of my experience is the amount of food that they give you. They pretty much sell you an almost empty container with just a little bit of food in it.WEIGHT LOSS:People that need to lose weight need to eat decent portions with less calories. They give you low calories and tiny little portions that will make you starve and want to order another meal right afterwards which is counterproductive. You’ll gain more weight if you stay hungry after your meals cause that will make you eat more.MUSCLE GAIN:The labels make no sense since the amount of calories and food that they give you for the bulk size options is so little that it’s hard to understand what they mean by BULK. If you go to the gym and you need to eat more calories to replace your energy for exercising, foodie fit is not the place for you. Even the bulk options look like KIDS MEAL. It’s ridiculous. I really don’t see any benefit from buying from foodie fit.PRICE:The price is too high for what they offer.They give you almost no food, the quality isn’t that great but all the meals will go from about $10 to $13 before tax. Terrible deal!I won’t be going back at all and also won’t recommend to anybody whether they need less or more calories for their meals.

We have been customers of Foodie Fit for a few weeks now and I am impressed by how awesome this place is! Who knew that meal prep could taste so good? I was skeptical at first, but everything so far has been very tasty and made with good quality ingredients. For once, there have been no complaints from me about the food being too salty or bland. Trust me, I am very picky when it comes to my meals! On the current menu, my favorites are the Pulled BBQ Chicken, Chicken Tendies & Mac, Salmon Teriyaki and Cocoa Fudge Bite. I haven't tried everything yet, but the only one I wasn't a fan of was the Citrus Chicken & Veggies. The store is very clean and everything is labeled for easy shopping. All the employees have been very friendly and helpful with answering questions or giving recommendations. The location is convenient since it's not too far from where we live and no issues with finding parking in the plaza. Foodie Fit has helped my husband and I with stocking healthy and convenient meals in our fridge, watching our calories and staying on top of our fitness goals! We have considered meal prepping at home but are not always able to do so with our busy schedules. Plus, variety is a must! I just can't eat the same thing every day. Not sure how often they rotate the menu, but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing new items. We will be back very soon!

It was my first ever time at foodiefit and let me tell you it was amazing I never felt so welcome in my life! I absolutely loved Harrison and Bre. Harrison gave me the whole run down of foodiefit and how everything works and it’s so simple. I’m in school and I go to work so sometimes I just need something to go real quick and this is the best option I have found and I’m so happy I have discovered foodiefit they make it so easy to have a nutritious and healthy meal. I got their fried rice lean bowl and I added some Sriracha packets that they have in store for you to grab and it was delicious and filling! The store was clean and easy to navigate so if you’re debating on coming to foodiefit this is your sign to come! Thank you Harrison and Bre!!! I definitely see myself coming more often
