Forke Restaurant

Forke was outstanding. We shared the charcuterie board, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The beef tartare was exceptional. For dinner, I had the center-cut filet au poivre, cooked to perfection. Every dish was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service.

Restaurant just opened 5 minutes from the strip. Decor was great, plenty of parking and the food was delicious.

We ordered every appetizer and thoroughly enjoyed every dish. The mozzarella tomato and truffle fries were two of my favorites.
All their meat dishes were spot on, the duck had a lot of flavor, the foie gras burger was probably my favorite as it was so juicy and creamy.
Capped it off with creme brûlée and donut cheesecake which was perfect way to finish a delicious meal. Will definitely be back.

So great to have a new fabulous restaurant in the neighborhood. The decor was was elevated modern and warm. I had the Filet Au Poive and the Caprese salad. Was pleasantly surprised to find fresh burrata on salad rather than (sometimes boring) mozzarella. Service was attentive. Not at all clumsy for it being their opening night. Chef & Owner have industry pedigrees and it’s apparent all around. 🥂 Cheers!

I had the pleasure of dining here lastnight and was absolutely impressed by the quality of service provided by everyone at Forke. The waiter was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the restaurants menu. Our entire dining experience felt as if it was catered specifically for our table and it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious and perfectly executed. I ordered a steak and it came cooked exactly as requested. The proportions for each course were above what I expected and each dish was authentic to French cuisine. I enjoyed the atmosphere at the seating area where I dined and look forward to the speakeasy lounge. This restaurant is an amazing dining experience that you must try when in Vegas!
