Went in the yesterday and ordered meatballs and marinara. Was super excited to try their food. The owner frank was pleasant as he took my order. It was him and an Asian lady working. I seen her answer her cell phone on the floor while i was ordering but wasnt paying close attention. He handed me my order and was very detailed to tell me to be careful as it was hot. I thanked him, went to my car, and despite his advice, dug right in. Tasted delicious but my meatballs were cold. I walked back in to have them reheated. Owner was in the back. He told the girl to add more sauce, i explained i didnt want more sauce, but she had already added it. When she realized what she did, she immediately removed the extra sauce from out of my partially eaten container and scooped it back i to the main sauce pot sitting on the counter. I told her i had eaten from it. She then popped my eaten container into the oven. I told her i just wanted a refund at this point. She removed it from the oven to show him. Then the owner came out. And threw my food in the trash. I explained what happened to him and he firmly said “no she did not”. He was in the back when it happened. I explained she had stuck the spoon into my eaten food and scooped out the extra sauce and put it into the big pot. He proceeded to try to hush me as if it was no big deal. I told advised him that was completely unsanitary and he needed to waste that entire pot because what if i had some disease or something??? He brushed me off and told me he voided my transaction. This was extremely disappointing! The half a bite i got in tasted wonderful, but the hygiene issue was beyond what i would ever expect!

Ordered on the phone, Online menu says 5.99 for dozen garlic knots, i go in and pay and a dozen garlic knots are 15.99. Update the f menu online. 10 dollar difference on garlic knots is outrageous.

My pizza was burnt and unedible. seriously black burned on the bottom and doughy on the top. I threw it in the trash. About 30 bucks down the drain. One of the top worst pizzas in my life. I don't get the hype.

My husband and I stopped by based upon the Keith Lee review, we wanted to try it. I wanted a burger but they no longer sale burgers and my husband wanted a Philly Cheesesteak and they were out of that so we opted to try the chicken fingers. We should have listened to the signs and just left. We waited for about 45 minutes to get our food. We were served cutlets of fried chicken breast with sauce drizzled over them. The sauce was good but the food overall was disgusting to have spent $40.00 for this mess and we received 10 pieces of fries to go with it and to not be told the chicken was baked without any batter. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The owner clearly new something was wrong, he disappeared after he sat down our food in the styrofoam containers. Lesson learned to never listen to these internet folks or food critics.

Well since Frank the owner doesn't want to go "back and forth" on the phone to address the burnt pizza they knowingly gave us in our take out order tonight. I'll express it here, for the next person. Please be sure to check the integrity of your pizza at take out. His argument was he can't refund specials, he wanted us to go back, we live over 12 miles from this place. I was only there to take my Sister and Brother in Law visiting from Virginia (they love this place) so okay fine understandable lets find a different solution then, refund one of the 4 orders of chicken wings we also got, which still isn't the equivalent of the Medium pizzas we ordered but at least it's a solution. No, worse is the owner was uncooperative, spoke over me and became argumentative and defensive on the phone, and eventually hung up on me. And just the fact the owner was present at the time of our order, knowingly gave us a burnt pizza then refused to take accountability, just real nasty behavior. I'm shocked this is how he chose to handle it. Needless to say I had a slice of burnt pizza and the Dogs had the rest

I didn’t want to leave a bad review, I tried to reach out the the company but did not hear back from anyone. I spent $70 on my order…. A large pizza with 2 toppings 12 wings and garlic knots…. The garlic knots were the only thing I could eat, wings were soggy and bottom of pizza was severely burnt. I gave the company 4 days to respond.
Frank was so sweet and the food was AMAZING! Highly recommend!!

The only reason we stopped in was because of the logo. This place didn't disappoint. The pizza was good, but the wings took the prize . We got the sauce on the side and the homemade ranch was bomb. The owner was nice and talked with us as we waited for our food.

Best Knots around!!! I've been to many pizza places and these garlic knots are the best I've had in Vegas. The owner was very friendly and made you feel at home. We will be back. Tuesday and Thursdays is buy one get one pizza. Can't beat that!

We watched Keith Lee’s critique of Frankensons. While visiting Vegas we decided to check it out. We are VERY picky about our pizza. We ordered the weekend special 20inch pizza with 24 wings, fries and a 12 inch sandwich for a mere $59. There were four of us and it was too much to eat in one setting. We took home 3 slices of pizza, 10 wings and fries and the sub sandwich. That’s for dinner tonight. Frank allowed us to try the garlic knots. They are sinful, so BEWARE! lol. In summary, we enjoyed the food. I definitely would return upon visiting Vegas. Thanks, Frank!
