Frankie's Uptown - A Neighborhood Bar

We went there yesterday our first time the seats were very hard the server started out okay but It took Us 25 minutes to get our order the food tastes good at the time we both had hamburgers 1 prime 1 classic French fries and a salad when we got home an hour later one of us was throwing up The other one had diarrhea we called and asked him what should we do should we notify the health department they said yeah they don't have any problem But the health department is closed on Friday so when I spoke to them Thursday night I am quiet about a refund and basically they said we would have to do that while you were here well we didn't get sick till an hour later all he said was if you come back in maybe we could give you a free dessert felt like they should have Gave us a refund we were so sick and that was the only thing we ate that day but for both of us to get sick that's why I questioned it feel like people shouldn't go there after customer service morning but a knowledge that there was a problem with the food when people get sick

The food was great, with many unique choices. The service was okay but needs improvement. In this day, the bar atmosphere was hindered by a bunch of kids present.

My wife and I stopped by Frankie's on Saturday afternoon for a bite and a couple of drinks. We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon, sitting in the outside patio, and had great service from our server, Makalee.

We ordered a couple of drinks and the calamari appetizer - we were extremely disappointed in the calamari, especially the size of the serving. For $17, the portion was very small and the calamari itself wasn't very good.

We always enjoy Frankie's and will be back, but thought the management would like to know about our experience and that we will stick to other items, e.g., fish and chips, that are very good.

Came for dinner, service was good the food was 5-5.7 out of 10 at best. I had the Chicken park and it was very raw garlicky but the chicken was cooked perfectly. I would say a little more base to the sauce would have been better. The rolls are good, cooked well on the outside slightly lacking in flavor. The buffalo wings were fire! Crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. Food comes out quickly. Over all would go back again for apps, live music, drinks, and service. No one is in uniforms either, that would definitely help the look of the place as well.

FU quickly became my new favorite bar! It's a casual bar with a great atmosphere.

The drink menu is impressive, offering a wide selection of craft beers, signature cocktails, and a curated wine list. I tried their house special cocktail—a refreshing mix of gin, cucumber, and mint—and it was absolutely delightful! The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to make recommendations based on your preferences.
They have happy hours every day.

Live music on the weekends or trivia nights during the week, there’s always something happening that makes for a fun evening out. I also appreciated the small plates and snacks menu; I had the loaded nachos, which were delicious and perfect for sharing!

The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

If you’re looking for a great place to unwind with friends or enjoy a night out, I highly recommend checking out The Rusty Tap. I can’t wait to return and try more of their amazing drinks!

Went to Frankie's Uptown for Happy Hour and tried all the "Uppetizers" on the Happy Hour menu. Will probably come back for the Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos alone. Here is a rundown in order of preference.

Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos - Jalapenos, cheese and bacon. These were delicious. You only get 4 in the Happy Hour order though so order accordingly. I'm not sure if there are more if you order from the Uppetizer regular menu.

Downtown Summerlin Sprouts - Would definitely order these again as well. Very good sprouts. Shareable size.

Truffle Fries - Everything you would expect. Very good and a nice portion for sharing.

A Couple of Meatballs - As the name implies, you get 2 meatballs. There was nothing wrong with these but nothing stand out either. It was also an odd combination whereas the other 3 Happy Hour apps go together taste-wise so it was a little bit of 1 of these things is not like the other.

We also ordered a few things off the regular menu.

Aviator Stroll - This was pretty good if you want to go with a blend of italian items to share.

Parmesan/Garlic chicken wings - These were fine but I'd rather be eating the Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos, Sprouts or Fries.

Garlic Truffle Dough Balls - This was my least favorite of all things I tried. Would not order again.
