There is nothing that angers me more than a bait and switch. It's the new way of scamming customers. On November 20 we decided we'd try this bar. We researched the happy hour and planned on 5:00 so we would be able to order in time for their 6:15 ending. My friend got there early and texted us saying that she was told that the happy hours had changed and that it now ended at 5:00. The server said it happened that week. No I tell her, I'm on their website and the happy hours menu still says 3-6:15 (I screen shot it). Everything on their website still pointed to 6:15 as an end. If you are going to change your happy hours, then that needs to be reflected on your website, or else you are participating in deceptive advertising. I could understand if it was on some other page or a picture on a review, but it was on your own page. I did look up the law in the state of Nevada and this is considered false advertising. It's enough to make me not return for sure. By the way, it is now December 1, 2025 and it STILL isn't changed on your website. Disgusting.
Great food and super friendly staff/ownership

Frankie’s Uptown surprised me in the best way. It’s a bit of a haul from where we live, but honestly worth the drive. The food hit exactly how bar food should hit: great sandwiches, solid wings, and the kind of “good drinks” that sneak up on you in a friendly way.
Service-wise, our server wasn’t super talkative, but not in a rude way, more like she was minding her business and letting us mind ours. And that was fine, because the bathrooms alone deserved five stars.
The women’s bathroom had motivational Beth Dutton posters that were hilarious and low-key life-giving, and the men’s bathroom leaned full mobster vibes. It’s clearly a Pittsburgh Steelers bar, but they didn’t judge me at all walking in with my Dallas Cowboys jacket. I braced for impact, but the disrespect never came. Appreciate y’all for that.
Bonus points: the women’s bathroom also had an Angel Shot sign, love to see places that take safety seriously.
Overall, it’s a fun neighborhood spot with personality for days. If you’re into good food, strong drinks, quirky bathrooms, and football energy that won’t bully your team colors… you’ll like it here.

It's not my favorite place. Nice for a date or friend meet but not great for singles. Staff is nice enough but not great, bar tenders are good... Servers just average. Didn't eat though

I have come to this bar often in the past 2 years and it was a nice place to have a drink and hang out with friends. However this last time they had the game on and the TV's were super loud and it was half time on the game. So I had to listen to TV commercials and static noise which was very disturbing. Next time I will call to make sure that I'm there when there is no game showing. Maybe play music while in half time instead of us listening tv commercials?

ATTN STEELERS FANS & FOODIES! Frankie’s is your place to be! Visiting Vegas, we looked for a Steelers’ bar & were happy to find one. But bonus here because right away we were greeted with such warmth & genuine kindness & it really felt like a neighborhood spot. We got to meet the owners & they were delightful. But then the high quality of the food really hit us! Everything we ate was so delicious! Yup, these guys are the real deal Italians that know how to cook.😃 The wait staff was very attentive. And after every TD during the game, we got to hear “Black & Yellow” through the speakers celebrating! All around, FU is Definitely a HIT! Highly recommend for any time. We loved it!

It seems popular & fun. Super expensive, as is everything in the area.
We asked the bartender about seating at the bar; she told us wherever. So we sat at 2 empty, very good seats. There we sat & saw her serve 2 people that came in after us. No worries--the guy bartender served us our drinks.
Then we ordered the jalapeño poppers. So delicious! No breading & cooked to perfection. The wings were also pretty good.
There is also table seating but we didn't see that part of the bar.
It's expensive, but if you want to indulge, the food is great.
