Terribly rude owners, very unfair, and very disrespectful to local musicians. I have dealt with Chris Lee and her husband Franke for several months only played there one time in April 2025 with a great turnout everybody loved our show made great tips prior to them rebooking me again with one of my other musicians. She booked me again on September 6, 2025 and she canceled at the last minute in August when she booked me in May 2025 for September 6th telling me that there has been a change in the schedule.not true.. After five months of promoting the show, this has caused me financial harm And for an unlawful reason that is not truth. The musician I had in my show lineup could not make the gig on September 6 so I got a replacement for him, but she canceled my show anyway. You don’t do that. This is completely unlawful And egregious.i passed up other venues where I could have played September 6th so now at a loss because of these owners…I am a seasoned singer and have toured all over the world with legendary musicians for many years !! Not one musician deserves this kind of disrespect! Although they don’t have written contracts, a verbal contract is still valid. And Under the claim of promissory estoppel and reliance damages that is absent of a formal contract.Text messages and promoting the shows for several months counts as evidence. As I now have to take them to small claims to get paid for what I would’ve gotten paid on September 6, 2025 plus damages. The musicians that I work with work under me as I get all the bookings. My musicians never get the bookings I do. I got the booking with Chris Lee and her husband for both gigs that I’ve done at her venue not my Musicians. This is completely unfair and disrespectful and I will not let them get away with this behavior. I am also a former federal litigator of many years and I will never tolerate disrespect. I will never go here again.

I hosted a group of 18 at Frankie's and will come back the next time we're in town. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Chris and Corrine are great business partners and helped me host a memorable night. 5-stars all around.

Organized a group happy hour, so friends could try this great place, they called me 4 or 5 times to ask about seating but never told me once they would charge 25% gratuity. Ridiculous.. my bad I suggested this place .. the owner had told me that she would do something special.. nothing was done.., waitress was good but seemed rushed.. poor service bcoz I think they were short staffed..
by the way Happy hour is an introduction to your establishment… so you are not doing us a favor.. learn to treat people with respect.. thanks

First time trying this place and we loved it! The food was fantastic and the portions were large. I ordered a cheesesteak and it was flavorful with mushrooms peppers and cheese.. It did not lack anything and served hot my mouth is watering thinking about it while I wrote this review 😋 my husband ordered another sandwich and we both only ate half of our sandwiches. The menu did state to share a meal they would charge I did not think that was appropriate based on the pricing of the food. There was a live performance that sang know songs and added to the vibe of the restaurant. The bar tender knew the menu well and made excellent suggestions. We will definitely come back

Wanted a light, early dinner at a local establishment. Frankie's was perfect. Dynamic atmosphere with friendly faces and kind attitudes. My party ordered the Jalapeño bacon and meatball appetizers. Very tasty! Mains included fish and shrimp, truffle fries and sweet potato fries. All were excellent.

I didn’t even dine here, but the management is what’s going to bring me back. The managers and employees show real care and hospitality to their customers. This place deserves all the success and support.

Amazing 👏 this is top tier I'd pay way more for this food then I had to fantastic.

Great locals place especially before the baseball game. Typically good service unless real busy before the game so be patient. Good drinks and food fair price.

Feels like they gave up. Meatballs appetizer was missing the ricotta. Greasy pulled pork. Chicken tenders don't make chicken parm.

Jamie was hands down the best server I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday feel truly special. He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. His warm and friendly attitude made the whole evening even more enjoyable. He even surprised my sister with a thoughtful birthday gesture that really made her smile. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about creating a great experience for their guests, and Jamie absolutely nailed it. Thank you so much for making our night so memorable we’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service!
