The food is really good and staff is friendly but the value for your money is bad. I paid almost $6 for cheese curds and then got home and it was really a pathetic amount. I called and asked is less then a half filled fry container was the normal amount and he said yes. Wow talk about bait and switch. Looked like a fourth of the amount of the promotional pictures. Size of the chicken on the sandwiches was pretty small too.
I stopped going to this one a while back. Inconsistent at best. But gave it another shot over the last few months. It has come back to why we love Freddy's. The staff and new manager are making things the way we like them. Thank you guys for a great meal and atmosphere. You have a return customer again!

But of a long wait in the drive thru line but worth it...one of my top favorite places...stopped here tonight because Schlotsky's was closed early but worth the change in decision to eat

I like the point system because it's rewarding and the food here is just plain addictive. Get the prime rib steak burger with an orange cream shake and you'll understand.
Problem is, they close at 10 but I've been turned away 3 times at 945, 950, etc. Hate making it here then being told they're already closed. Please update hours to 930?

Just went through the drive through and staff had the best customer service. Manny was super sweet and helpful. Pepsi has been flat last two times I’ve come. Aside from that, great service.

SLOOOOWWWW service! We spent 40 minutes in the drive thru. They didn't even know we were at the menu. We sat there for 10 minutes alone waiting for them to acknowledge us. I had to send my daughter to the drive thru window to get their attention.
