Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Manuel D. was awesome! He had a great vibe, very very kind and made sure my order was correct even though it was a little complicated. I forgot to ask for sauce for my food and was sooo sad, I opened the bag and BOOM! There was sauce 🥺 Its really the little things in life and he gave amazing service. This man deserves his own store or a raise.

Great food as always and amazing customer service from Aurora. Our food was hot, everything was made correctly and the ingredients were fresh. 🍔

Freddy's has gone way down hill lately used to be great and then they opened more what happened

My sister had got me a chicken tender meal and those dummy’s forgot the whole purpose of the meal. THE CHICKEN TENDERS!

14 dollars for a burger combo. The fries were good and their smokey sauce is really good. The burger tasted great but look at it.. it wasn't much bigger than a moon pie. The Pepsi I got had no syrup in it. Overall the worst 14 bucks I've spent in a long time.

Order AAA7MVNSAJEJ. Rushed at the drivethru. Didn’t have dr pepper or rootbeer as advertised. O had to ask her to trll me what drinks do they actually have available. For food, I wanted a chili cheesedog but out of chili and oh yeah hot dogs too. All i could was laugh.

Ate here for lunch on 12/10/24. We had a great experience. I did not catch the employees name who helped us but he was working both the drive thru window and counter and he was extremely friendly and kind. Our food was fast and delicious. The dining area was clean and well maintained. Definitely look forward to coming back here soon.

Very unfortunate what just happened. I like to eat here at Freddy’s however they’re closed at 10:30 with the doors locked and drive thru closed even though there doors say until 11 pm on Fridays smh. I understand wanting to get off a little early but a whole half an hour before closing loll. Gave a 2 bc I like the food when I usually get it but not even open during said business hours

Their custard is so delicious and smooth. Ask for the concrete chocolate with dirt and worms. It's always a fun dessert.
