Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We come here once a week! Today we came here to eat lunch.. we got 3 combo meals. One of them had 10 tater tots! The other one had about half the fries that we usually get.. my daughter ordered a burger with no cheese. Of course her sandwich came out with cheese. What is going on? We paid $34.86 for 2 half meals and a meal that was wrong! When I asked the lady at the register she told me that’s what comes with the meal if I wanted more I should have ordered more. Me and my family will not be visiting this restaurant again! Completely unacceptable!!

The other customers were friendly as we waited for over 15 minutes for two drinks. They only had one person working counter and he kept taking gloves off to help customers order instead of just finishing our second drink. By the time he did get to second drink, first one completely melted.

The manager Cameron today and his staff made the most iconic patty melt triple patty melt burger ever. From perfect caramelized onions, cheese melted perfectly, and the bread was toasted perfectly! The triple patty melt burger that I had ate today brought back some childhood memories from the 70s style patty melt. Hell the onion rings were perfectly golden and large portions of onion rings. I recommend their BBQ sauce with ranch for the onion rings. Whoever cooked our food today be proud of yourselves making a hamburger perfect everytime you make one. Today was the first time for many next times. I'm a chef and I only go to your restaurant for a llburgers. Merry Christmas and congratulations on your achievement. I saw love in your food today. Cameron you have an amazing crew. My wife had the chili dog. Today the chili was straight up fire 🔥 even the hotdog was perfectly executed. God Bless and Happy New Year 🙏

Freddy is definitely has some great smash burgers.. You should go check them out, they are one of the better smash burgers around the area

The food quality seems to be getting hit by shrinkflation or something, so it's trending down, but this is still a pretty tasty burger.

I love Freddy's.

So after not going to Freddy's in AGES, I went to the 8909 Eastern Las Vegas 89183 location. i got a patty melt combo. You pay extra to get onion rings. I like those better than fries. When I get my order, there only 6 onion rings. They used to give you more like 12. Look at other people's pictures. To me, since you pay extra, you should get at least say 10. 6 looks whimpy. I really do like their food very much. But because of the issues I have with their app. I stopped going.
And this is not helping their case any.

I tell you this so you know when they show up with a whopping 6 rings. You have been warned.

What follows is a review I did. Back when they made their changes to their app making me no longer able to use..

I'm not trying to be 1 of those people that just complain. But both issues seem like it would be so easy to fix. And I would DEFINITELY go back to being a loyal customer.

But they changed their app.
I can't log in due to the STUPID changes they made to it.

So I guess I'm done eating at Freddy's.

It's a shame too because the food is really good.

Whoever is responsible for the app should be fired immediately

Have only been through the drive-thru a few times, but so far good experiences. The orders are always right, and their food is so good. My kids love their burgers and shakes. I will definitely keep coming back.
