I love Freddy's.

So after not going to Freddy's in AGES, I went to the 8909 Eastern Las Vegas 89183 location. i got a patty melt combo. You pay extra to get onion rings. I like those better than fries. When I get my order, there only 6 onion rings. They used to give you more like 12. Look at other people's pictures. To me, since you pay extra, you should get at least say 10. 6 looks whimpy. I really do like their food very much. But because of the issues I have with their app. I stopped going.
And this is not helping their case any.

I tell you this so you know when they show up with a whopping 6 rings. You have been warned.

What follows is a review I did. Back when they made their changes to their app making me no longer able to use..

I'm not trying to be 1 of those people that just complain. But both issues seem like it would be so easy to fix. And I would DEFINITELY go back to being a loyal customer.

But they changed their app.
I can't log in due to the STUPID changes they made to it.

So I guess I'm done eating at Freddy's.

It's a shame too because the food is really good.

Whoever is responsible for the app should be fired immediately

Have only been through the drive-thru a few times, but so far good experiences. The orders are always right, and their food is so good. My kids love their burgers and shakes. I will definitely keep coming back.

They keep getting my orders wrong. When I ask for onions AND grilled onions, I want both. Stop replacing the raw onions with the grilled onions, please.

I ordered a burger and fries for pickup and the food is just.. not good.

It was also cold.

But that's not even the part that makes this a 1 star review. I don't expect much when going to fast food restaurants but holy crap the employees here treat you like you just spit in their face.

Like theres barely anyone in the restaurant and I just want to pick up my food and the employees don't acknowledge you and acted like you're bothering them when just trying to grab your food and go

The custard is really rich, thick, and flavorful. The toppings are a flavorful addition, and I really enjoyed the dirt and worms as a sundae. I've had the burger and fries too and it was great! Drive through and inside service are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is cute, has a retro vibe, and clean. It's also easy getting to Freddy's via the backroads on Jeffrey and avoid the Eastern traffic.
