I do love Freddy’s and will be returning, however today when I went through the drive thru and ordered a mini oreo concrete, as I was eating it I ate something that tasted like and had the texture of a peanut. This happen with 3 different bites I took before I stopped eating it, so somehow something besides oreo ended up in there. I’m just glad I do not have a nut allergy.

Horrible. The girl was nice taking my order. I then go to fill my drink, drink didn’t taste right so I told manger they just said “okay” and went about their day. Didn’t get to drink my drink cos I waited for him to fix the problem and didn’t. I then seen a girl sitting on the floor behind the register with her back up against the wall as manger just walked passed her. Then I went to get ketchup for my son. The ketchup was leaking and there were gnats everywhere so I didn’t get him ketchup. Got my food manager had no customer service whatsoever and when I got my burger mustard was just oozing out of it. I like mustard but that was ridiculous. Not coming back here at all.

I really enjoy Freddy’s steak burgers, I really do go out my way to get one, but this location for some reason the employee are so unhappy, I get to the register and all she said what can I get you! Let hello how are you? She rushing me to order mind you not one person behind me, so I proceeded with my order and had one question and the young lady with glasses and short hair just stares at me and saids what! I ask again then she answers me like is that it! When my ore was ready the young guy was so serious and over it done with life, I ask for sauce and I felt like I said something wrong to him. He gave me the sauce I said thank you and I hope your night gets better and he just walked away. What going on with the customer service nowadays?? Like quite your job if you hate yourself and people. But you choose to work somewhere make the best out of it. I can’t understand this mind set. With all that went on I still maintain a good attitude smile. But every time if it’s not through drive thur it’s in person.

One of the better chain burger joints in town just for the quality and taste of the food the serve. I like to add tomato, lettuce and jalapenos to my Bacon Cheeseburger option, and that seems to be the best burger I have found on the menu so far.The seasoning and the sauces are excellent as well.Even my toddler son likes it here and eats the chicken strips and fries.
Love this place, anywhere we visit and there's a Freddy's nearby we are there, this spot and the one in Bakersfield are usually on the list of places to eat when traveling back home. I usually get the double CA style and I just love the fries and fry sauce. I don't have a sweet tooth so I don't get the custurd but my wife and kids do and they love it, Enjoy!

Really sad to say this place has been going down hill. My family has enjoyed coming here for years, but the past few months orders have been incorrect, food missing, lack of enthusiasm from employees. Seriously, I get it, its a fast food joint you dont need to be Disney happy of a worker, but everyone looking pissed to be at work... all of them at the same time... was depressing just being inside.Now for the main reason this review edit went from 5 stars to 2 stars... Theres making orders incorrect, then theres just not giving a care at all. Crispy chicken club sandwhich, we asked for no sauce.... If I had known id be paying triple for a McChicken.... I would have went to the M. The other reason being, may sound petty... but I am a fan of the shamrock shake... well Vanilla shake blended with mint syrup gets you one whenever all year round. 3rd time in a row it was not done right. Again guys I get it, you work at fast food, like with people.... but if your not going to make our meals correct or just stop caring to do it correctly...... put up a sign saying we get what we get?♂️
