Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Rude, uncaring, and extremely unprofessional service in the drive thru today 8/21/25 at about 730pm. Then I got home and my ice order was wrong. Just like every other food establishment recently, nobody cares and everything is overpriced.

Great Frost and strawberry cheesecake shake. Nice and friendly people (though the overly-friendly voice intonation is a bit creepy). Manager and all the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Wish a Freddy's was in my home town

I have always passed by this place and was curious to try it out. We got cheese fries, steak burger and chicken kids meal and two drpepper floats. Food was just okay not the best tasting fast food. Cheese fries have a nacho sauce which was good. Great customer service and clean restaurant. But the food wasn’t a lot to brag about.

I don't like how it smells like a nursing home (bleach & urine) right when you walk in the door. The manager was awesome though. Super cool. But dang! Their ice cream is more $ than DQ!!!!! It was a nice little treat though.

I go here about once a month and this location is great. What really makes it is the staff. Food is good, a little overpriced for burger and fries but that's ok. Taylor is always so friendly and helpful and the girl at the drive thru yesterday was super friendly and respectful. They have a good rewards program as well.

To the Manager at Freddy’s – Urgent Customer Concern

Today, I visited your location and ordered two meals through the drive-thru. The total was $41. The parking lot was nearly empty, and the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all, so I assumed service and quality would be on point.

However, when I got home and opened the bag, I was immediately disappointed and honestly disgusted. The sandwich boxes were visibly dirty—covered in greasy smudges and fingerprints. This is unacceptable. When packaging looks like that, it makes me question the cleanliness and safety of the food inside.

After spending over $40, I expect a much higher standard—clean presentation, attention to detail, and a sense of pride in the food being served. I live about 20 minutes away, and by the time I noticed how bad the boxes looked, I was already home and getting comfortable. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back just to have this corrected.

I’m asking for a manager to reach out and make this right. At minimum, my meals should be replaced. This experience really ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing meal, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Please respond with a resolution—I would like to continue supporting this location, but only if cleanliness and customer care are taken seriously.

VERY DISAPPOINTED !!
I ordered food inside the restaurant and it took 47 minutes to get my food. I don't know what I was thinking but I ordered ice-cream after we ate and it took 34 minutes to get my ice-cream. Management needs to re- evaluate their skills or the people they hire. I understand stuff happens but they looked at me as if they did nothing wrong. I don't blame the workers, I blame the management.

Food is always good but today service was so bad we left without eating

Steak sandwich was terrible. A couple of fried onions on some over cooked meat. Definitely not worth what I paid for. Place is very over priced.
