I have never been so turned off by service in my life. Bar is inviting and welcoming, food was delicious but the two bartenders working were reason enough to never come here. Firstly, I was in on a Friday night between 8 - 9:30pm and the bar wasn’t very busy but the staff acted as if they were 5 deep. I sat between 2 other guys and we all faced similar terrible service in our own way (one of which had a menu thrown at him and never communicated with). I asked for my tab and it was immediately presented to me, after 15 minutes of my card on the bar, I asked the manager to help. The manager was clearly frustrated with the bar staff, and the bar staff immediately started vocalizing their distaste for the management. I’ve worked in the industry, I felt for the manager as the two bartenders working were clearly just mean and nasty towards both customers and management (they started loudly talking about how bad management was as soon as they walked away). I would love to come back here but (Ashley and more egregiously male bartender working PM of 4/5) would never make me want to spend more money here. manager was very kind, food was great but the two bartenders on a Friday night made you want to run away!

Their menu states bottomless mimosa for $16, yet they don't honor that - FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!! Looking for a lawsuit?? Horrible service, manger Thomas Westin shouldn't be in charge.

Hello Freedom Beat crew...I was thinking about the food the other day. What a great place to eat, whether you're getting takeout or dining in. I love the BLT with the roasted turkey. It is my all-time favorite. And you get a great portion of fries with it as well. I've also had their savory breakfasts and their veggie pasta. There is all kinds of magic going on in this place, and it deserves 5 stars because it is simply the best. The staff is phenomenal, and the service is out of this world. This place also has great margaritas and vanilla iced lattes. A very fun atmosphere. And in my opinion, it is a real authentic gem in Las Vegas. Thank you Freedom Beat crew for being so marvelous to me, and I will never forget you. You guys are truly one of a kind. Keep making a difference in people's tastebuds and keep being the genuine people that you all are. You all should be proud of yourselves. Thank you for the love.

They have staffing issues where the servers are spread too thin. Took forever to get everything. Poor management.

Great place in a slightly quieter part of downtown (the Grand is a block away from Fremont and the whole Experience). Real tables and decor. Yummy food. Not a long wait. I was very pleased with the Crab Cake Benedict!

My daughter enjoyed her chicken salad, the Philly wasn't that great it was greasy, the meat was bland and the cheese was just a glob on top and it was cold. The fries are delicious

Food was ok but the service was pathetic. We waiting for the food for almost 30 mins at 11 PM and the worst part is that for the check, they made us wait for another 30 minutes.

The coffee is good. Our food was good. I ordered breakfast and the wife got the pot roast sandwich. Both dishes were very enjoyable and came out fast. The problem was our server. She was...well, I can't really say rude. To be rude, she would've had to interact or speak in some way. She didn't. She didn't say one single word. She literally responded to us in grunts. She was the most indifferent, checked out person I've ever seen. Also, while we were waiting, we noticed half a dozen tables that hadn't been cleared or bussed. It wasn't busy, but they stayed dirty for almost the entire time we were there. Not a good look, guys.In short, we won't be returning. There's an old saying in the restaurant industry: "Good food can't save bad service", and this was the worst service I've ever had.
