I think your cake is amazing and I love the Bavarian cream icing. But I was beyond disappointed with my grandsons birthday cake because I had raved about the cake so much but when we ate it I could tell immediately that the icing was different. It was more like whipped shortening with little flavor at all. I was embarrassed because our guests didn’t care for the icing at all.

I had such a great experience with Freed's Bakery for my wedding cake! They were extremely responsive and helpful, and were able to create exactly the cake my husband wanted (vanilla cake, Bavarian cream and raspberry filling, with whipped cream frosting). I had only asked that it be all white with glitter and flowers, no other direction, and they blew me away with how gorgeous it turned out! Guests raved about the cake. Everyone loved it! Thank you to Freed's for a beautiful, delicious cake. I couldn't be happier!

I was in quite a pickle because the other cake company I had gotten a cake from delivered it to me melted. So instead I came here and they had a nice selection of cakes to pick from and they just went ahead and wrote Happy birthday onto it and bam I had a cake!!😊😊
