Very friendly and professional
Cupcakes were delicious and moist. I tried those first and then I tried the some of their cookies. The cookies had a weird taste, like a musty refrigerator or something not very fresh. Probably not going back.
THE most gorgeous and delicious cakes and pastries!! I have tried every cake in this shop, each more delicious than I can describe. Yum yum yummmmy!!

Great customer service! Staff was very attentive to customer’s needs and wants. The Strawberry Shortcake wasn’t the best but it was ok.
Second time coming in just as good as the first! My kids got cupcakes I got 1lb box of assorted cookies my favorites are the wedding and shortbread cookies. Both time the ladies working there were kind and patient while we were choosing. We will continue being loyal customers and I can't wait to order my kids birthday cakes here they look amazing!!!

I have ordered several cakes from this specific location and they have all been great. This time i ordered the season flavor of strawberry lemonade and it was amazing! tasted great! not too sweet frosting light and fluffy! perfect summer time cake!
Sabroso, Savory Strawberry Shortcake Slice. Unfortunately, they run out within less than hours of opening. Cake with just right chocolate icing,chips on Parisian Choco Cake! Non-Pareil Butter Cookies and Chocolate Macaroon are sinful delights! However, Chcolate Eclair is too sweet inside, the bland outer crust doesn't have enough flavor to balance. Red Velvet Cupcake is good, but I detest the frosted topping. Your bakers are to be treasured. Merci, Gracias, Arigato, Gamsahabnida, Gratzi, Thank You!
Their online media presence sucks. They refuse to answer questions in the comments and instead give smart @$$ responses. Do better.
Freeds Dessert Shop NEVER fails!!! We ordered the blackout chocolate cake and it was completely amazing!!! We were told to bring it out of the fridge about 1.5 hours before eating and it was wonderful advice! The chocolate buttercream was so luscious and the cake was moist... WOW... I could go on and... LOL
The friendly staff is so welcoming. I love the rugalach!
