Cute place but the staff and food is just alright. We were not happy about paying a 18% service charge when they don’t even come to your table to take your order.. they hand you the menus and point to your table then you have to get up and walk to the front to order.

Cute but pricy! Instagram worthy atmosphere. The food was good, drinks delicious, but the prices are a bit high.

The atmosphere is more like for kids or womens place with all flowers around, cute tea cups and mugs and tables with a pink and white ambience. For us guys, this place is not for us for sure 😄.
Ordering was a bit of a challenge as he did not know english. And the lady was not too cheerful or happy answering our questions on the menu and preferences. Gave us more like a negative vibe coz of that.
The food (crepes) that we ordered were ok and not that great. Could have been better.
Again, this review is from guys, im sure its a perfect spot for women and kids.

So I came across this place because I wanted to have a cute little cafe experience. While the cafe was indeed cute, it seemed a little bit off. The prices on the menu are high so you tend to expect good value and portions in food, when we got served it was the diametrical opposite. The portion and sizes for a 30+ dollar meal were crazy small, like I don’t mean to sound big but it was just super underwhelming. To put it straight it felt like a Ai generated cafe, with the prices, and menu choice, all of it was just super surreal for a one time experience, but never again.

Great crepes, some of the best I've had, and the service was good. Four stars only because it seemed pricy (a mysterious service charge of almost $10)

I was so excited to try this place unfortunately it was a huge let down the decorations were not as pretty as they seem on instagram . And the food was very basic nothing special just served in cute cups and when we walked in we were handed menus but not told to go back up to order and were sat ? Some ladies sitting next to us after noticing we sat there for about 30 mins told us we had to go up there to place the order . Just pretty underwhelming.

Did not live up to the hype. I noticed this place a couple years ago and I placed it on my bucket list. And I recently saw it being featured on social media. I gave two stars for the decor.

If most of what you’re going to serve is crêpes including savory crêpes they need to not just be sandwiches with crêpes in lieu of bread. There needs to be some kind of selection of sauces such as hollandaise and cheese sauce. Maybe some sliced mushrooms, onions, peppers, breakfast potatoes, etc..

My friend and I shared and we settled on the turkey crêpe. It was OK. Not terrible. It tasted like a turkey sandwich, but slightly off putting. And we got a sweet crêpe with banana, strawberries, and Nutella and it was good, nothing really special.

The best tasting item in my opinion was the coffee drink. I believe it was called mystical fairy. I was very interested in this one and wanted to have the experience. It’s a pricey drink, and I knew that I was paying for the experience, but unfortunately, I didn’t get that experience. It was presented on a very pretty plate which had a pretty saucer and a matching cup full of I believe it was warm strawberry milk. On the plate that it was presented to me on, also included a little shot of espresso. And over the top of the drink is a blue cloud of cotton candy. You’re supposed to take the hot espresso and pour it over the cotton candy and watch it melt. But the espresso was ice cold. So when I gave it back and asked for it to be warmed up by the time it was returned my cotton candy had already melted into the milk. But it was very tasty.

The biggest issue was the staff’s attitude and the forced tip for bad service. The woman that was working there had a terrible attitude. Clearly did not wanna be there. I can consider that she may have been going through something or maybe she’s exhausted. But unfortunately, whatever it was it did impact our experience. I arrived before my friend. I was excited to be there, and I was taking pictures. But the vibe when you walk in did not match at all whatsoever the vibe from the staff. Based on the decor, I expected someone happy and bubbly. It was like deflating a balloon when I encountered her. She told me to sit at a table which I did while I waited for my friend. My friend came and made some very similar observations.

It took us a while to figure out that we were supposed to go to the counter to order. They do have signs on every table, but they were all turned towards the wall. They were on the backside of the sign used to display the table number. It would make more sense to have it displayed somewhere where the customer will see it. Perhaps put it on the unnecessary coasters that are on all the tables.

So we went up and ordered and paid for our food and my friend asked if we would be able to leave a tip after. The unhappy employee replied “that’s OK it’s included”. My friend and I have both been servers for 20+ years in high volume restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. So when we sat down, we discussed the fact that we didn’t like that. We didn’t like that we would not have been informed that the tip was included if we didn’t ask. And we didn’t like that the tip was included before the service. No surprise the service was nonexistent so I’m not sure what I tipped for.. What would motivate them to give good service if they already have received a tip?

I’m not one to tip for counter service. Other than bringing our order, she never came back to the table, she never came and checked on us, never asked us how the food was. We sat there for probably a good hour or so before she pulled our plates away. There was only one other table while we were there. She would’ve made more money if she would’ve given us good service and left the tip up to us.

It’s off my bucket list and I won’t be back.

Such a small place, the decor is mostly dirty, the service is insanely rude, with zero customer support, they always have an attitude with customers.
The food is good, but everything else is bad, it’s been unconditionally awful experience for me.
Would not come again ever!

Food was a 7/10 ordered the chicken panini, coffee was 8/10 ordered caramel bear latte, atmosphere 10/10, service was amazing until they started to kick us out and it wasn’t even busy. Very small place. Its true you are charge a 18% gratuity at check out. You cannot sit and order you have to walk up to the counter to order. Mimosas watered down with juice. I wouldn’t come back but nice pictures for the gram.

Took over 30min to get a cappuccino. The coffee tastes like folgers. Crepe is good and big portion. The pesto sandwich and salmon toast weren't good. It's nice to go once to take cute photos and split a crepe, but otherwise it's way too overpriced.

Two shots of espresso for $7.50. They don’t have the best espresso machine either. Waitress was friendly and the place is pretty well decorated.

More of instagram type place, if you want some quality coffee at a fair price should probably head to a different coffee shop.

Save your money not worth it . If u book VIP table and pay 300 for it. U get no refills on the drinks and they are small glasses if you do wine. And food was not good. Waste of money but the ambience was nice
