The food was just ok to me. I expected a little more because of all the awards they had won, but it was just ok. Wouldn't ask for my money back, but also would return.. ya know? The staff was super kind though.

Terrible Experience – A Complete Waste of Time and Money

I visited Fresh Kabob / Kabob Oasis today for lunch, and it was one of the worst dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. We ordered a plate (#1), hummus, and #3, and honestly, we couldn’t even take two bites.

The hummus tasted like it came straight out of a cheap can—no freshness, no authentic flavor, just bland and unpleasant. As for the kebob, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. It tasted like a grilled flip-flop or a burnt rubber hose. It was chewy, dry, and completely unappetizing.

This place is a total waste of time, money, and food. We left feeling completely dissatisfied and regretting our decision to give it a try. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I do order in November and he stole my money. He didn’t send any food to me when I call him. He say I don’t have any order for your name the guys he be lying with me bad service people in Vegas stolen the money.

Entering I noticed how all the tables were dirty and looking around further place seemed it needed a good cleaning. We know persian food. This was subpar food. I should have known it was not going to be good when not one person behind counter was persian and the cashier seemed she could not speak or understand English because she got our order wrong. We will not return.

Alhumdulillah very flavorful kabobs and good fresh bread made in house. However I felt like the meat portion was little. You had whole lot of rice and bread with very little meat. I would say either downsize the rice or increase meat. This place should be 4.7 or higher. I feel like you can always just eat extra meat by its self but not rice. Or it could be just me.

Definitely not authentic persian food. Kupideh was dry and had a weird spice. Chicken tenders were overcooked... staff was super nice

Not Consistiant at all. they forget garnishes and side dishes on their meals and out of the 3 times ordered here only once the kabobs was freshly made and the 2 times was REALLY dried.
I just got off the phone with them to let them know they forgot the side dish like the salad and grilled tomato and they just said OK no offer to have me come get it or resolve anything. Just OK. well it's not ok because I did not get what I paid for. and the meat was super dried. so upsetting because it was a place in my neighborhood and I really was excited that they were there. but to ? too bad.
