Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos (Nellis Blvd)

Ordered only 1 item over phone, edt 8 minutes, and waited 15 minutes for order. CARNE ASADA fries portion was really small compared to other locations, extra thick crinkle fries yuck and undercooked. $6 “AGUA FRESCA” was too sweet and did not taste like horchata, tasted like cinnamon sugar. No chips or salsa.

Very bad service especially according to the despotic manager I think it's called norma and a bad employee

Today I went in the morning to eat at this place and for only 2 natural waters that I ordered and 2 food orders it took too long to give me my waters until I was almost finishing my meal I had to get up to complain to the lady who was there for me. taking care that he gave me my waters because I had already told him once and he didn't pay attention he didn't give them to me but how are you going to make someone wait so long for just 2 waters when you literally gave me my food first very bad service on the part of that employee

Terrible service from a worker at this restaurant
On Thursday the 23rd I went in the morning for just an order of meat and beans
It took about 30 minutes to give me my food and to make matters worse, they gave it to me cold. The lady who served me was wearing a red shirt. I didn't ask her name or anything, but it's not the first time something like this has happened to me when I went to this restaurant and with that same lady

I waited over 30min for my order food came out lacking flavor and presentation I remember this restaurant in meadows mall and the flavor was wayyy different then compared to now.

Pros: The staff is great, the prices are reasonable, the place is very clean.

Cons: the food was blah. It was like a group of white people who have no idea what seasoning is was in the kitchen. It was blah. I had better at Chipotle.

If the spiciest thing you can handle is white bread, this is the place. And I feel bad saying this because the service wad great.

FIRST time there on Tuesday June 18th, 2024....I was not expecting Great food, but I loved the burritos, and the tacos......WOW. Just Two suggestions: it would be AWESOME, if you guys had outside sitting, you know, right next to the door, maybe 3 or 4 tablets. You see, I had my dog, so we ALL ate in the car. There's plenty of room by the windows outside for outdoor sitting.

I ordered the asada taco and it definitely lacked seasoning , also a kids cheese quesadilla that had no cheese , my daughter didn’t finish it either it’s definitely overpriced for the food quality.

I went here yesterday and the food was so good and the costumer service was great.
