If I could leave 0 stars I would. Visiting from out of town, we wanted ice cream tonight. Went to your store at 10:45, sign says they close at 11pm. The employee already had all stools up, and told me they were closed. 15 minutes before their closing time. I said well your sign and Google both say you’re open till 11, it’s 10:45. He said “well I have to use the bathroom, and catch the bus, so we’re closed now.” I said well you should probably have that on your Google page then…. How disappointing…. We have heard good things and we’re excited to try this place. Terrible customer service, we won’t be back, and will be telling our friends to not come here either. Hire better employees….

They had dark chocolate and agent said it is not dark chocolate and it wont taste bitter..it is extremely bitter and agent is not responsive or helpful with the answer.. bad customer service

Interesting! Textured ice dessert. $8ish and good enough to share with another as a snack. Natural ingredients are used instead like organic agave as their sweetener. And they have dairy-free options like the sherbets. Open late.
I'm not an ice cream fan, but I do enjoy traditional shaves ice with real fruits and such. I would be considered a pastry lover when it comes to desserts. So frost n' roll was a nice surprise as a cold icy dessert but with texture due to how it's carved in layers.
We got the Mango Tango Sherbet $8ish for a cup. In the making -- #1 with fruits. #2 puree fruit juice added. #3 to spread it out to ice up and shave around. #4 spread it all out to carve into rolls.
We say I leaned toward sweet then sour, and so the staff added less lemon puree into it. However, it was still too sour for us. Next time, we'll order just the mango sherbet only with some fruits, and see if there is a way to make it less sweet, or water it down a bit.
