The workers hustle and are to be commended, however it is absolutely ridiculous to have only two employees when each customer order takes almost 7 minutes to create. I waited 45 minutes with about 6 people in front of me and honestly, in the end I did not even place an order because I actually no longer wanted ice cream by the time I was served. I tasted my friends serving and it honestly was not good at all. Tasted like watered down ice milk.
Again, nothing against the workers. They were hard working individuals. But definitely do not recommend this place. At all.

The guy & girl that helped us tonight were nothing short of amazing!! Very apologetic for being out of some of the ingredients we wanted, which does happen sometimes, we understand. Also, he made my quiet & reserved son smile & interact when asked about toppings, a rarity. Despite being overly busy, just thirty minutes prior to closing, they graciously helped each guest with a smile & laughter. Definitely will be back again soon because of the team working tonight!
P.S, Super DELICIOUS!!! Get the mango tango if dairy isn’t your friend…

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Visiting from out of town, we wanted ice cream tonight. Went to your store at 10:45, sign says they close at 11pm. The employee already had all stools up, and told me they were closed. 15 minutes before their closing time. I said well your sign and Google both say you’re open till 11, it’s 10:45. He said “well I have to use the bathroom, and catch the bus, so we’re closed now.” I said well you should probably have that on your Google page then…. How disappointing…. We have heard good things and we’re excited to try this place. Terrible customer service, we won’t be back, and will be telling our friends to not come here either. Hire better employees….
