I found this store by accident *years ago when it was first up & coming. It was EXCELLENT and decently priced. I knew the owner and would regularly visit and chat. However, there's been a change in management. The floors were so dirty my shoes were sticking to the ground like glue. The only reason this received a 2 star rating is because the actual ice cream is still good! It's gotten pricier but still as good as I remember it. The restrooms I would not recommend to use at this location.

Disappointing experience, brought my spouse here and after waiting in line and seeing how overwhelmed and unhappy the staff seemed he didn't even want to get anything. Once we got up to the young lady to order she was very rude and even said, "Thank God," when my spouse said he wasn't going to order anything. I asked if I could have the croufle (I spelled that wrong) she cut me off and said they were out of that and crepes and a few other ingredients. Ended up ordering the cookies and cream rolled ice cream. Didn't even fill up the cup and she only added 2 Oreos to the mix. I WONT BE COMING BACK. $8 for a half made rolled ice cream.

It says it’s open on the website and then we go to the place and it says opened at 2 and we waited until 2 and it still was closed so me and my family are mad we wasted are time and it was closed ??? so I rated it a 0

The little girl that works nights should quit if she hates her job same with the guy at night with the beard if you don’t wanna work please do something else it messes up the experience. Never again will I go back there.

When you walk in here, it doesn't seem that great but don't judge a book. There was just one man and it looks a bit blah but give it a chance! Idk what his name was but he knew what he was doing and we both loved our rolled ice cream!!! I got the cafe latte one ans it was made with ground coffee, house cream, and biscoff and it was seriously way more delicious than I would have guessed. Watching them make it is fun too!

Took my whole family to try some ice cream here and it was such a pleasant experience despite us being 5 people and only one worker. The guy with long hair that made all our ice cream was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back.

I was so excited to try this place. I am coming from out of state and I had bought 2 Groupon deals for my husband and I to purchase our ice cream. We were so bummed out that we were not able to use our deal nor try the ice cream as the store had not been open yet. We got there a little early as we had a flight to catch back home and wanted to be the first ones to order. We waited an additional 20 minutes after the store was supposed to open at 2pm. Super disappointed as I lost money on this business I didn't even get to try.
I got the good morning roll! Great ice cream, wonderful service!! Cute 50's atmosphere! Highly recommend for anyone in the area

My oldest and I have food allergies and the guys there were very patient, cleaned the frozen things, used clean tools, and got my daughter sprinkles directly from the container instead of from the bin at the counter without being asked. It was our first time getting rolled ice cream. We will definitely be back.
