In summary we wouldn't come back. My whole party really despised dining here. We felt the owner took way too many short cuts to save on cost. But in the end we suffered through it. We appreciate the concept of all you can eat appetizers, nigiri, and sushi rolls in addition to all you can eat shabu shabu - but the quality is not here. The nigiri was sad and tasted like they froze the fish over and over again without thawing it out properly. The shabu shabu broth tasted like water. We tried miso and sukiyaki. Zero quality, zero flavor. The shabu shabu bar is average. The vegetables are lacking options. The sauces are all below average, goma specifically. Sushi was sad, pre-made, and soggy. Really scary presentation. Not appetizing at all. The one thing that was worth eating was the shabu shabu sliced meat. That was surprisingly good and tasted like quality meat.

I thought the sushi was very good. I had a spicy tuna roll, a philly roll and a Lisa roll. I also had the hot pot. Pork flavored broth paired with thinly sliced rib eye beef. We added lots of seafood and veggies which were unlimited at the bar. I fully enjoyed my meal and time at the Fuji restaurant.

Try to call them first , I'm happy I live 5min away from the place bc this morning I tried to go there for lunch the place was closed and they only open from 4pm to 12am now . But that my favorite place around the strip amazing sushi and don't forget to put some garlic in your soup always better 👠💪

1st time there.. stood in door way for 10 min no one said anything to me 3 sushi cooks looked at me several times no wait staff ever made a attempt to engage me as to a wait time many open tables .... After 10 min I went to sushi ya and I will never go back to fu Fuji ...for a new restaurant the service sucks I do not recommend going there many many better ayce places in town.

New place personal shabu & Sushi , yess worth to try , why ?still in their grand opening price now , Green tea hot & good , shabu selections are seafood , meat , vegetables all fresh , take the sauces my wow for wasabi , must try , all good , our Nagiri all fresh & delicious , I tried many all you can eat sushi in Vegas but their sushi rice & seafood are Best , so we ate slowly enjoy our shabu my broth miso & my hubby choose klep , both are enjoyable, finally we close with soft & light ice cream green tea & coconut pineapple , yes soo good too , overall are delicious , we happy & we will be back , their service are excellent they are really good & kind for new place to go you all will happy to come , oh ya their no fancy in this place coz it's not big restaurant but we didn't mind , for owner perhaps you may put some fresh plants & kind small fountains inside , there's gonna be fresh & feel asian , keep your freshness & delicious food ,
The server was nice but the service was okay. The server tried her best to know but was lacking a bit. My poor child didn't get her food right away and had to wait (I think it was forgotten) but what we did get was good and it was a fun experience.

It's about time Vegas has their very own AYCE sushi and shabu shabu and it does not disappoint! The shabu shabu has great broth and a good assortment of additions (shrimp, udon noodles, and all types of fish balls). The sushi quality is on the better end of standard vegas AYCE fish. The only downside is that when coming into the restaurant, it has a faint sewage smell and the customer service needs work. There was a few times we didn't get the nigiri we ordered, the item was incorrect, or it took to long to just get ice cream. Granted, they're still in their soft opening stage but hopefully they use this time to improve.

Food we get here is always great. I love sushi and hot pot and having both options at 1 restaurant is a dream come true. Wish there was more selection in the buffet area for the shabu shabu part of the restaurant. I took away 1 point because I wish there was more space and more serving staff.
