First of all, the service I received was amazing! The two young ladies that were working in the restaurant were kind, attentive and very personable with me and with the customers that I saw them dealing with around me. I read other reviews saying they had service issues, that was definitely not my experience. It was wonderful.
As for the food. Very very low quality! The salmon nigiri I received reminded me of something I'd find at a inexpensive Asian buffet. They were very thin slices. You will usually see some stripes of fat in them. My first two orders did not. At the end when I ordered my next to the last order of salmon nigiri that looked somewhat better. Still, very low quality.
The egg rolls I had tasted fine, except for the oil in the fryer was probably due to be changed. But it wasn't horrible. They were definitely edible and had a good taste. The tempura shrimp you could tell came from a box and went right to a fryer. Most restaurants will cook their tempura shrimp to order. Not out of a box. You can definitely tell a difference in taste.
As was mentioned before in other reviews, there wasn't a lot of flavor to most of the rolls that I tried. Very bland. One had spicy crab inside of it and that tasted super fishy. Which is very strange. The imitation crab that most restaurants use, does not have any odor or fishy taste to it. This did. I wasn't impressed with the variety of rolls that were offered. I did tweak a couple that I tried and they were more than happy to do that for me. That was greatly appreciated.
Things that I asked for on the side such as Sriracha, and spicy mayo were served in individual plastic portion cups with lids. That made me feel like I was eating in a fast food restaurant. Not some place that I spent almost $40 bucks out the door with tip. Also, not good for the environment. If I'm dining in, I want to eat off of regular tableware, not anything plastic.
It is a small restaurant, I thought the decorating was pretty nice. One very strange thing, and another reason other than the food quality I definitely would not go back were the chairs. The chairs that they have are too low. If you are 6 ft tall, your legs will be tucked under your chair. Or, you'll have to stick them out forward. You would not be able to sit like you would normally sit with your feet flat on the ground comfortably. I saw another gentleman having to do the same things I was doing just to try to be comfortable. Nobody wants to eat with cramped legs. That was how all the chairs were in the restaurant
I want to repeat that the young ladies who were serving in the restaurant were very kind. They smiled, they were attentive and took care of me very quickly.
I'm always up for trying new places and supporting small business. However, you can't have that type of price tag and that poor quality sushi and expect people to return. If you haven't had sushi before, you probably wouldn't understand. If you are someone who eats sushi a lot like myself. You will definitely understand that the quality does not match the price.
Unfortunately, because of the food, and also because of the chairs being uncomfortable, this is not a place that I would recommend or return to. I love to support mom and pop places, but when you're charging that much, you have to look at your quality.
I really wish I had more positive things to say about this small mom and pop restaurant. I hope they read my review and make significant changes quickly, so they get more return business. But the way things are now, people who understand and enjoy sushi, and how it's supposed to be, will probably not enjoy dining here.
A third time I repeat. The service was amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal!
This all-you-can-eat Japanese sushi spot blew me away. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, the atmosphere felt like being transported straight to Japan, and the quality of the food was far beyond what I expected for AYCE. Every roll, nigiri, and appetizer tasted fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully prepared. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend! 🍣✨
