Mood - IYKYKSo is obvious at this point I love Hawaiian Food. And if I can get the ingredients that I'm accustomed to, it is a win/win. Let's do a full-on happy dance for me.Upon entering, I was greeted and asked if I had any questions. I didn't as I was slowly navigating the rows of food. I'll admit at first I was like ok they have some good stuff. But I found myself in the refrigerator isle, and it was on. There are so many things that were readily available at one location. So I grabbed a basket and filled it up past the point of no return.Interior is very well laid out. They even have hot food available that you can order. This will be my next adventure when i come back. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff are very courteous and hospitable.Would most def recommend- pricing is typical for these specialty type items that you wouldn't normally get at your local grocer. The customer service was fabulous.Location is Spring Mtn/ Valley View- ample parking

2/29/2024- Surprised to see a video on social media.. I knew we had to stop in.. Parking is limited... Different food and confections available... Happy to see you could order the white strawberries.... Wish they had more selection of the Gacha ... Ended up purchasing two coins and got two gachas- one for the son..

Located in Chinatown, this Japanese market pretty much has everything you might need Japanese related. Pricing is reasonable. They sell warm bento box food. We were able to get our yearly Japanese white strawberry. They have ice cream treats that you usually get at 7-11 or family mart in Japan. They have a small area for gatchapon. Service is great. They have a reward program.

It was great that the staff at the store were Japanese and taught me a lot of things! The bento boxes are also delicious!

Ordered this today for take out - this is at 11:15 - very very disappointed - pork is chewy with fat and ligament like bad part of pork butt - refried or over fried burnt and dry - what salad? It's shredded cabbage and potato salad - see 3rd picture does not look like lettuce mix with portioned dressing and looks like katsu sauce in packet on the right - not worth $11.00 not including tax Whether tonkatsu or katsu - usually should be tender and I believe pork butt is not used because others are tender with no fat and no ligament

Pretty good bento boxes you can order here, too!

This store has a lot of products from Japan which we enjoy. If a special occasion comes up and you want to order A5 Wagyu, just ask the manager ahead of time. Maybe one day they'll have the ability to sell sake or Japanese beer, but other than that, come on by to order a bento box. The staff is very friendly!
