Second night staying at the ceasars palace and I had a disappointing experience with the bartender Ron. After picking up my food from uber eats I stopped by the casino bar and wanted a nightcap. The person I was with did not order a drink, and he knowingly made it hard for me to order a drink, he did not allow me to order one for myself while my friend, that was of age, but did not have her ID, did NOT order a drink. After being denied for my drink, I walked over to the galleria bar. I heard the phone ring and he told the bartenders not to serve me because my 2nd party that I was with did not have ID, even though I was asking for one shot for myself. We came back with proper ID moments later to Ron, and he refused to serve me. As I agreed with his decision I walked to the Galleria bar where Lendy and another bartender served me. The phone rang again as I sat down. Ron had called again asking them not to serve me. Me and my 2nd party had proper ID and no reason to not serve us so they did not listen this time. Needless to say, I feel that this bartender was targeting me or judging me after bringing the right credentials that he was looking for the first time and still refused to serve me after correcting what he believed I messed up. Otherwise the bar service, staying at the Ceasars Palace has been a great experience. The pool and rooms are comfortable and relaxing can’t wait to see different views of the hotel looks like.

This is now called the lobby bar. Machines are ultra tight. Don't waste money gambling here
