The food and service was amazing! Everything taste great. The scallop risotto was my favorite. Chef came out to introduce himself and several times after to see how we were doing. Definitely will be back.

Garlic Yuzu was a great experience! The food was excellent. Everything we on the menu was absolutely delicious. My wife and I loved it and will be letting our friends and family about it. Can’t wait to be back and enjoy another wonderful dinner here.

What a hidden gem off the strip. This was our best meal in Vegas, period. We would have returned the next day.. and the following day.. if we had more nights available to us, but we were flying out the next morning. We appreciated the Korean-based dishes with other Asian & Western influences for each dish. Tip: Menu A and B are signature items off of their top sellers (when they used to have an a la carte menu) and Menu C is seasonal. We had Menu A - we didn’t care too much for the NY strip, but everything else was incredible!

Was told to go try this restaurant. I agreed but absolutely dreading leaving the strip. How could I be so wrong. This was a very chill vibe. We were the only table at that seating time. We went with B. I will return and try A. It was simply fantastic.

I got the course B, one of my friends got course A. All the food was delicious, as you would expect from the price, and it was really well curated as a course meal in my opinion. Definitely a nice splurge for a fancy evening - you do get what you pay for. Service was great as well and the chef came out multiple times to check on us. After receiving our courses, I realized that course B has a lot of food volume (much too much for me) while course A had a smaller amount, so if your stomach is larger or smaller, I think that is something to take into account. Personally, the shishito pepper soup, dessert trio, and the limeade were my favorite parts!

I’ve been hearing so many good things about Garlic Yuzu and happy to say it was a truly amazing dining experience.. we were celebrating a birthday and wanted to try all 3 menu options.. every dish was soooooo good I couldn’t choose a favorite. I love the Korean and Japanese fusion flavors! Our server was friendly and Chef Hong made us feel special visiting our table and checking in on us. I will definitely be back for sure!

Wow! This is a Korean, Japanese fusion flavors and it's a must try! They offer 3 types of pre-set menus, and we went for option C with a wine pairing, which I highly recommend. The service here is phenomenal, and Chef Hong visits our table often to ask how the food was. The servers are very tentative but not overwhelming. We did a dinner reservation, and they even do a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to the service and verify if we can make it.

My husband and I used to eat here for every special occasion. I am writing this review because we recently moved and I think about how much I miss this place all the time. The menu itself is exquisite just to read and so well thought out. You can tell the care and love that went into it. The chef came out for every meal and the staff all know about the menu with such detail and even can explain the best way to enjoy the meal.The service was amazing. The price for this place is incredibly fair for what you get. We would pay twice as much if asked.We took advantage of this place and have not been able to find anything to compare since we left. A truly special experience.

This was hands down the best meal we had in Vegas. We opted for the tasting menu. Every dish was spectacular.Prices were very reasonable. Its a bit off the normal tourist area so didnt see busy but the food made it well worth the detour.Chef/owner himself came out to check on us several times to make sure we were happy with our courses.

Garlic Yuzu and the chef are great. Food is of the highest standards. However, we enjoyed dining there more before they changed to the 5 course meal approach with A, B and C meal options. It now feels like there's too many different flavors and textures mixed into one choice of plan, and that mix feels heavy on the stomach at the end of dinner. We used to come on a monthly basis when they served the a la carte Menu and we loved it. We've been only twice since they changed the Menu to 5 course meal selection options.

This chef is amazing. Came here with my hubby the other night and we had Course B. Wow! Everything was delicious. The chef always came out to check. It was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back!

Chef Hong has done it again! What a wonderful meal. Love how it's coursed out and different sets you can choose from. A great place for a date, friends or just to dine alone and enjoy a really delicious meal. Food was absolutely wonderful, can't wait to come back and try course A & C! Highly recommend! Favorite fish was the sake marinated scallop with gondre risotto!

Yes, yes, yes. The chef is an exceptional human with a touch of face-to-face experience that we appreciated. We went with 4 others and decided we would order all the entrees. A perfect choice as we discovered all of them were equally just as delicious. Thank you ?? Chef and thank you waitresses for being welcoming and so accommodating. I mean, that crème brûlée though! ??
