Then dessert. The menu showed dessert was a custard and a melon sorbet. We assumed we would get one of each for the table, but we each received one. I was so full but the custard was amazing, so creamy. I kept digging in for me before I asked the server to take it away. I'm not a huge melon fan, but the sorbet was refreshing especially on such a warm evening.

Sacred flavors is the perfect way to describe everything I tasted at Gauchos. They had amazing service and energy that also showed in the fresh organic salad I had! I will absolutely be returning back here to enjoy more!

Ate here during LIB with a limited menu. Excellent food! The Chicken Flauta was sooo good! I will definitely be back to try the full menu. I have heard the smashed potatoes are a 'must have'.
