The place is nice, the food is decent, and the staff is friendly. I’m giving 2 stars because the lack of communication really affected the experience. They had announced on their social media that they would be streaming the F1 race, which is why we chose to go. We arrived right at 9am when the race started, and they had it on all screens with the audio. We were the only ones there for about 45 minutes. As more people came in, they switched some screens to football, which we understood—there were people asking for it—and they still kept the race on the main screen with audio.

But then, without any notice, they switched everything to football and removed the race audio completely. They only left one inside screen playing the race (without sound), and moved the audio to the outside patio, where the sun was directly hitting and it wasn’t comfortable to sit. Considering they had promoted the race, that was disappointing.

Good customer service would have meant someone coming over to explain that most people wanted to watch the game and offering to move us to a better spot outside, or at least communicating the change. We would have understood and moved. Instead, when we looked around for clarification, the only response was someone calling out from across the room, “It’s outside now.”

Small things like communication make a big difference. That’s the reason for the 2 stars.

JoAsh is a very good bartender here. Cool guy and very professional. One of my favorite spots to go to. I go a lot actually lol

My husband and I love this place!!! We go at least once a week. The cocktails are amazing. The food is wonderful! Zero complaints. Brandon made this cocktail and he did awesome. Abbie is our typical bartender and she was and always is amazing!

This place is awesome , the food is great, the service is always great, and the Happy Dads are always ice cold! The vibe is perfect for catching a game with friends. If you grab a seat at the bar, ask for Ailyn, she’s the best!

The food was great but the service from Daysi was horrific! We sat outside to watch the game and the server consistently walked past our table without even looking at us to see if we needed anything. She accused us of seating ourselves outside because we didn’t have menu’s (the hostess ran out), then we ordered an appetizer and had to ask for silverware and napkins. My friend ordered a drink and 15 minutes later she came back to tell him they are out of the beer he wanted, he ordered another one and she returned another 15 minutes later to tell him they are out of that too. We ran out of water for who knows how long, then flagged her down again to get more. Further, my friend ordered a Kona Big Wave and received an 805. She rolled her eyes multiple times at us, there was a hair in my friend’s beer. To top it all off there was a 20% gratuity charge that was 1,000% undeserved.
So yea, I will never be coming back here and I don’t recommend anyone to come if Daysi is their server. She needs to work somewhere with no customer service requirements.

We went there to grab a quick drink and watch Thursday night football, hostess seated us and waited about 10 minutes, but no server ever acknowledged us. The guys sitting at the table 6 inches from our table (uncomfortably close) were almost done with their drinks and still waiting for a server to take their food order, so we left.
