Ghost Donkey

Ghost Donkey is a fun, tucked-away speakeasy with an impressive variety of nachos and creative drinks. I especially loved their take on a Nespresso martini—rich layers of cinnamon foam, perfectly chilled, with aromatic coffee and a light smoky mezcal note. I don’t even like mezcal, but they balanced it beautifully. The lounge area was surprisingly spacious and relaxing, perfect for a small group of 2–4 people. A great spot to unwind with flavorful bites and inventive cocktails. Minus 1 star as the nachos would have been more balanced with some sour cream. I was hoping for a bit more variety of food options. Cheers!

Great place to get tequila cocktails

Love this tequila and mezcal bar. Small and fun. Feels tiny for vegas but always full! I noticed this time visiting the little donkeys in the drinks have been scaled back and the drinks and coking from pre-mixed bottles and servers are really just more adding garnish these days but still … I do like it. Try the nachos!! Beware…the drinks in here are strong!

The space is cute and has a fun vibe, but they were really short-staffed during our visit, which led to a longer wait just to order. They were also missing a few ingredients, so the drink we ordered didn’t match what was listed on the menu. To be fair, the bartender was incredibly friendly and clearly doing his best while juggling everything on his own. We just had one drink and left since he was swamped, but the service attitude itself was great, just not the best timing to visit.

What a joke.. by the time I find this place all I wanted was a drink.. maybe 15-20 people total in there the bartender took 15 minutes to make 4 drinks I stood there and never got a drink so I left. Seriously I grew up bartending and this service was unacceptable.

Absolutely amazing little spot with tasty imaginative cocktails, top service from a really friendly crew, and delicious snacks. Tucked away behind a food court this one is well worth seaking out!

Perfect size, service and menu. Unlike other wannabe speakeasies in the area or the building Ghost Donkey is cozy, impecable drinks and a small but well curated menu including truffle nachos, queso fundido on portion and size to pair with your favorite drink.

Amber K and the bar staff were awesome in making sure their mixes were tailored to customers like. Amber kept constantly checking on the various people she was waiting in as did the guys at the bar.

I’d recommend sparing yourself s disappointment at other locales and enjoy.

This speakeasy was one of six that made it onto our AI-generated pub crawl. After a brief five-minute wait due to occupancy limits (47 guests), we stepped into this cozy hideaway. Despite the tight space, the atmosphere was just right—quiet enough to enjoy a conversation with your neighbor while soaking in the unique décor.
Our server was incredibly pleasant and wasted no time in taking our order. We indulged in some excellent margaritas paired with chips and guacamole, making for a memorable stop on our adventure.
